Overview
Luxury family villa Holly is one in a cluster of five holiday homes perching on a hill above the magnificent Kvarner Bay and the glamorous town of Opatija. Each villa has its own private heated pool and privacy, but is completely different from each other. They are stylishly furnished, have underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout, WiFi and are located in the small, historic hillside town of Veprinac, which still has its old medieval town gate, church and a loggia, a shop and a few restaurants. A ten minutes' drive will take you to the many beaches of Opatija and Lovran, and to the numerous restaurants, interesting shops and seaside cafes.
This new luxury holiday home with sea view was completed in 2018 and has a very spacious accommodation of 400 square metres, with 1175 square metre garden with a heated, very large private pool. The villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and sleeps eight people.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
All accommodation is on the ground floor.
There is a large living room comprising the sitting and dining areas and a large, modern kitchen. In addition there is a sauna and a gym, pool table (billiards) and table football. The sitting room is very stylish with two large sofas, modern chairs, a large TV and great lighting. The dining table comfortably seats 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, good cooking utensils and tableware. There is a breakfast bar with four bar chairs and a separate, second dining table. In the laundry there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Four hair dryers are supplied. From the sitting room there is a gorgeous view of the garden and the enormous Kvarner bay filled with a bright blue sea.
Villa Holly offers a fitness room, sauna, and a tavern style room with wine cooler for socialising over a glass of good local wine.
The four bedrooms are sumptuously furnished, with superking size double beds, bed linen, towels, TVs and each have an elegant en-suite bathroom or a shower room. Each bedroom exits onto the garden terrace and has one of the most beautiful sea views ever!
OUTSIDE
This luxury Croatian family villa with sea view and a large heated pool has a lovely fenced garden with lawn and Mediterranean planting. At one end there is a proper children's corner, with a climbing frame, swings and a slide. The heated pool measures 6 by 12 metres and has fantastic sea views and several sunbeds. On the covered terrace there is another large dining table and a full set of outdoor furniture and a barbecue. This is an amazing place for easy socialising in the warm summer air, with that intoxicating sea view by the private pool!
