Overview
Luxury family villa Hyacintha is a sister villa to four more such luxury Croatian holiday homes nestling on a hill above the Kvarner Bay and the glitzy grand holiday resort of Opatija where you will find excellent restaurants, beachside cafes, beach clubs, high level entertainment including classical concerts, wellness centres, parks, coastal walks and water sports. This villa is the uppermost house on the upper edge of the complex.
Luxury villa Hyacintha has a large private, heated pool and a children's corner in the garden. Stunning sea views will provide unforgettable memories as you socialise around the barbecue and by the heated pool enjoying spectacular sunsets. Active people can go hiking or biking on the Ucka mountain, or walk along the 12 km long seaside path. Go and visit Cres, Losinj, Unije which are most wonderful, but lesser known islands of Croatia.
The new luxury, family villa Hyacintha was built in 2018 and has 400 square metres living space, with 1100 square metre garden, which makes it very spacious inside and outside. It is great for adult groups as it has a huge, heated, private pool and outdoor entertaining.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation is on two floors. There is the larger ground floor with a living room and three ensuite bedrooms, and the first floor also with two ensuite bedrooms and a balcony.
Ground floor
The ground floor has a spacious, airy sitting room with a TV, two modern dusty pink sofas, armchairs, a dining table for ten people, a sleek, white modern kitchen and three ensuite double bedrooms. The modern white kitchen has a breakfast bar with a couple of chairs and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, good cooking utensils and tableware. In the laundry there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. From the sitting room and the bedrooms there is a lovely view of the garden and the Kvarner Bay with islands.
The beautiful bedrooms have super king-size double beds, TV's and each has an elegant ensuite bathroom or shower room. The bedrooms are opening out onto a covered terrace with archways.
Villa Hyacintha offers everything you want for a complete wellbeing-experience; fitness room, sauna and Jacuzzi. And a tavern style room with wine cooler invites to socialise over a glass of good local wine.
First floor
A staircase leads upstairs where there are two more double ensuite bedrooms, the master one has a sea view balcony.
Good bedlinen and plenty of towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
This luxury Croatian family villa has a stunning, heated private pool with spectacular sea views day and night. The pool is very large, 6 by 12 meters. There are sunbeds and additional outdoor sofas where you will spend hours gazing into the blue Adriatic. Children will be happy with their own area which has a climbing frame, slide and swings. The outdoor dining table on the shaded terrace, close to the barbecue can sit ten people.
