OVERVIEW
This seaside villa is a gorgeous summer hideout in an exquisite location with its own beach access. The sea is perfectly blue just below your windows, and only 10 metres away. It is located in a small but very pretty fishing village where old and new villas line up spaciously along a lovely bay. The villa is all about location, the closeness to the sea and the view. In addition, there is every comfort and plenty of style indoors, and a nice garden for outdoor entertaining and relaxation. The villa has a private garage for two cars. In all, it is a fabulous villa.
With its rugged landscape and sunny climate the island of Brac is a fantastic place to discover, The beautiful village of Bobovisca (1.5 km) is steeped in history and well worth to explore. For the active traveller the island of Brac offers a host of sea and land based activities.
Accommodation
The villa is arranged on three floors and built on sloping ground. From the rear of the villa the main entrance is at ground level but from the front it is on the second floor. Also on this level is the main living area and swimming pool, which maximises the enjoyment of the stunning view of the entire bay and the fishing village. The bedrooms are situated on the first and ground floors (viewing from the front) with the terrace on the ground floor.
Second floor
From the entrance, you enter the main living area which has a stunning view over the glittering bay. The living area is airy and light, and it opens out onto the outdoor terrace with a heated swimming pool and sun loungers. The living area comprises a kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen has a stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, blender, two different coffee machines, juicer. , hair dryer, iron, washing machine. A charming dining area has a large table that can easily accommodate 12 people. In the sitting area there is an LCD satellite TV, a DVD player, comfortable modern sofas and stylish artwork. WiFi is also provided.
First floor
The internal wooden staircase leads down to the first floor with a mezzanine. Two comfortable double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and sea views are on this floor. There is also a seperate TV/Cinema room, completely soundproofed and ideal for relaxation. Another double bedroom with private shower room and balcony with sea view, additionally enriched with wooden sitting furniture, is on the mezzanine. There is also a storage room and a laundry on this floor.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each opening out onto the villa's courtyard. One of the rooms has direct access to the open terrace with a table and chairs, while the other bedroom looks out onto the outside dining terrace and a barbecue. Nearby is a summer kitchen, ideal for al fresco dining.
Outside
The villa has a terraced garden, which is partly paved with white local stone, and the bottom of the garden is covered in lawn with a gate that opens out directly onto a private flat rock beach. On the terrace, there is a covered area with an outdoor table and chairs. Garage parking for 2 cars and outdoor private parking for 1 car.
