Dream Villa is a very unique newly built small luxury sea front villa seven kilometres outside of the beautiful town of Bol on the island of Brac. There is a beach and a cave with the beach inside, just in front of the property. Stone steps lead down to the beach. Brac is an unspoilt sun drenched island with one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn) in Bol, within easy reach of this villa. The predominant impression of Brac is vast fields of olive trees and vineyards, ancient stone built walls and small country lanes, the pungent scent of dry herbs and clean sea. Along the island are dotted old towns, villages and settlements of white stone houses, some covered with terracotta curved tiles, and the more ancient ones with large rough slates painted white, to protect the dwellers from the summer heat.

It is a beautiful island full of sandy and pebbly beaches, hidden coves with small restaurants offering simple delicious local food of freshly caught fish and herb fed meat. It is a paradise for windsurfers and all those who like water sports, but it is also a place of great traditions and culture, so close to the mainland town of Split, with 2000 years of history, the great Roman Diocletians palace, magnificent Roman Forum, Venetian palazzos and squares surrounded by sublime ice cream cafes, markets, galleries, antique shops, excellent restaurants and a lively night life.

In the summer, the sea breeze at night keeps the bedrooms cool, and the house is also cool during the day without the need for air conditioning.

The living area is large and very tastefully and comfortably furnished with a 3.5 metres long sofa with upholstered seating. Mirrors and paintings add to the pleasant feel of the living room. There is also a storage space in the living room which is used to store clothes and other items of the guests. The kitchen comprises of white hand built units and all the equipment the guests may need. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine, as well as high quality plates, glasses and cutlery and all the cooking utensils. Bedrooms and bathroom

There are two good size bedrooms on the ground floor, both with a hardwood floor and a double bed each, with bedside cabinets for storage. Additional storage is provided in the living room, and in a separate storage room which is also on the ground floor. One bedroom has a full sea view and the second bedroom a partial see view from the window on the side wall of the house. The windows have a pull-down mesh which can be adjusted at night so that the windows stay open and the circulating night air provides cool breeze which makes sleeping comfortable. In addition, fans are provided. The bathroom is tiled with mosaic tiles and has a large walk in shower, WC, basin, mirror and a hairdryer.

Absolutely fabulous sea views and steps to your own beach! There are stone steps from the garden leading directly onto the pebble and sand beach below. The villa has its own excellent sandy beach which is very secluded and tranquil, and can be reached in a minute via the steps from the garden. On the southern side of the island of Brac, Bol has examples of 15th and 17th century architecture but is best known for its famous beach, Zlatni Rat, or Golden Horn, a shingle spit stretching out over 600 metres into the sea. A focal point for water sports, Bol offers opportunities for scuba diving, wind surfing,. A delightful promenade shaded by pine trees runs from Bol town to the Golden Horn beachBol is a lively tourist centre with a charming old town around the harbour. Bol is arguably the most beautiful town on the magical island of Brac. Stone cottages, village squares and palazzos surround the harbour and a small marina. Further along the promenade world class new villas nestle close to one of the most famous beaches in the world, Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn). Bol has many other beaches and a very vibrant day and night life. Numerous cafes and restaurants line the harbour and can be found in the narrow streets of the old town. In summer, there are art shows, concerts, theatres and sporting events, as well as discos and nightclubs. Bol is ideal for sporty types and you can play mini football, volleyball, basketball, hire bikes, go hiking and free climbing. Bol is famous for water sports like scuba diving and windsurfing , paragliding, wake boarding and being towed behind speedboats on inflatable donuts and bananas and much more. It is a windsurfing paradise. For the fittest, there is a trip up the mountain Vidova Gora to visit the monastery and the Dragon's cave.
