OVERVIEW
Summer Beach Villa is a private luxury family villa with a large Jacuzzi and a pebbly beach 100 metres away. The luxury Brac eco villa was built in 2022 on the coast of Brac island, a beautiful place with olive groves and vineyards. This eco beach villa comes with solar power and a generator which supplies electricity for air conditioning, heating and all the electrical equipment in the villa.
This thoroughly modern Brac villa is a dream holiday home for a large family or a group of adults who want to relax by the sea and breathe fresh, clean sea air. A minute's morning stroll will take you to the sea where you can safely swim and snorkel in clear, warm water. Walk back in time for your morning coffee and a healthy lunch of locally grown melon, soft goat cheese, air-dried prosciutto ham and figs. This luxury private holiday home is fully air conditioned, with a WiFi and an outdoor Jacuzzi for 5 people. There is plenty of living space (310 square metres) and a 400 square metre Mediterranean garden. Only 8km (5 miles) away is Bol, a wonderful town renown for water sports, windsurfing in particular, and with plenty of shops, supermarkets, harbourside restaurants, tennis courts, wellness spas and general entertainment, so the smallest and the oldest members of the group will be well catered for. Bol is world famous for its fantastic Golden Horn beach, but there are dozens of fabulous beaches all over Brac and many fishing villages preserved in their historic beauty.
Whilst fun, entertainment, water sports and shopping are just a few minutes' away, in Summer Beach Villa you will feel empowered by peaceful atmosphere and the shimmering sea surrounded by vineyards. Swimming in the sea is a wonderful experience whist cycling, kayaking, hiking along sea paths and enjoying simply prepared fresh fish of utmost quality will ensure you have a healthy life style holiday.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa is built on a slope and has three levels plus a basement and a roof terrace. There is full air conditioning throughout and WiFi. There are five bedrooms, of which one has a double sofa bed, and the remaining four have king size double beds which can be separated into twin beds. In addition, there are three bathrooms (one with a bath tub) and two separate toilets.
Ground floor
The ground floor consist of a living room with a sitting room with TV and a dining area for 10 to 12 people. There is a modern kitchen with all the usual appliances - fridge/freezer, dish washer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and three steps lead from the kitchen into the sitting/dining room. A sleek open fireplace separates the kitchen from the dining area. The sitting room is furnished with high level designer furniture consisting of comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is also a guest cloakroom with a toilet. A fabulous view opens out from the living room onto the brilliant blue sea, pine trees, vineyards and the beach. The first double bedroom is also on the ground floor, and uses a family bathroom with the bathtub and hand-held shower.
Laundry facilities, iron and ironing board are also on this floor, and a full laundry service can be arranged for extra charge.
First floor
The first floor comprises two sleeping rooms: the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room and there is also a second double bedroom with one large sofa bed which can be used as a double bed, but also as a TV room. Here is also the third bathroom with a shower. The first floor is also the site of a magnificent glass clad, second dining room with gorgeoous sea views.
Second floor
The second floor comprises one double bedroom which shares a shower room and can be turned into a twin bedroom. The bedroom has a work-designated area with a desk.
Third floor/Roof terrace
The roof terrace of 100 square metres has stupendous sea views , outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and fridge/freezer. Enjoy your sunset cocktails in this special spot. A pergola partially covering the roof terrace offers shaded and sunny areas helping you make the most of your holiday home. On this floor is the fifth bedroom, which is also a double bedroom which can be made into a twin bedroom. This bedroom has its own toilet and uses the bathroom on the second floor.
OUTSIDE
The focal point is a large hot tub for five people, positioned on a terrace overlooking the sea. There is a barbecue and an outdoor outdoor summer kitchen with sink, outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue, plus a set of relaxing sofas. A roof extends from the house over the terrace to offer comfortable shaded seating area. On the sunbathing terrace there are five sunbeds and many other chairs and sofas for relaxation.
There is parking for 3 cars in the villa grounds.
