OVERVIEW
This is a luxury summer villa on Brac island, only a few steps from a magnificent beach. The villa is situated in a gorgeous garden full of pine trees and Mediterranean flowers, and is a private and relaxing place. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and will be perfect for families and adults. It is easy to just laze around the pool or be involved in masses of sporting and cultural activities. Windsurfing is at its best, scuba diving, all types of water sports or just snorkeling. Fantastic restaurants, summer fetes and fishermen's nights, hopping off to visit Hvar island, Split and Trogir, you will be spoiled for choice.
Accommodation
Main villa
All the accommodation is on ground level. An open plan sitting area, kitchen and dining room are very tasteful and decorated in traditional white and pale pastel colours. The living room is equipped with SAT TV, DVD player, music centre. The kitchen has an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, blender, juice maker, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. A dining table separates the kitchen from the sitting room, which opens out onto a south facing deck with the view of the sea just in front of the villa. Three spacious and very attractive bedrooms and two bathrooms all decorated in pale and cream colours are on the ground floor. Lovely linen and towels are provided. The master bedroom has windows looking at the sea. There is aircon in the living area but not in the bedrooms.
Annexe
The annexe has been completed in 2022 and offers another double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating and has WiFi and a TV.
Outside
The garden of the villa is really beautiful and has a wonderful large waterfall pool, 9 x 5 metres. The sun deck is equipped with comfortable deck chairs and is surrounded by lush greenery and looks right at the shimmering sea through the trees. Another terrace accessible from the living room has a stone barbecue and an outdoor dining area situated on the west side of the house. At the back of the villa are vineyards, gardens and peaceful green land.
