OVERVIEW
On the magical Croatian island of Brac lies the very pretty, old fishing village of Milna. All around Milna there are pine woodlands, vineyards, olive groves and most wonderful pebbly and sandy beaches with the sea warm, clean and very inviting for swimming, snorkelling and boating. All kinds of water sports are available, in particular windsurfing, canoeing and scuba diving, but also hiking and cycling. In Milna you will find excellent restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries, greengrocers, cafes, beach bars, supermarkets and a marina. Natralis is a luxury private family villa with pool, secluded in a green oasis just 1.2km out of Milna village. It is just 320 metres to the sea and beaches via a private woodland path.
Luxury villa Natralis is a four bedroom, five bathroom holiday home with a large pool, all arranged on the ground floor level. It is a splendid bungalow, built in 2021, bathed in the clean pine and sea air. This stylish private family villa combines modern features with some typical Brac architecture, such as wooden beam ceilings and wonderful stone walls. The luxurious holiday home also provides ample parking, terraces, barbecue, baby cot and high chair, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, an outdoor summer kitchen, a fire pit, air conditioning and WiFi.
ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation is on the ground floor, so very suitable for all, even those with walking difficulties.
Luxury private family villa Natralis has a large living room which consists of a sitting area, dining area and a modern kitchen, all with parquet flooring and modern designer lighting. In the sitting room there is flat-screen LCD TV with satellite channels and two large, comfortable modern Chesterfield sofas. The dining table can sit eight people and the white kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ice maker, cooking utensils and attractive tableware. The whole living room is air conditioned. There is also a guest cloakroom with toilet and a washing machine.
To the sides of the house are two double bedrooms in each side wing. Two of the bedrooms have king size double beds, and two bedrooms have twin beds. The bedrooms have wood oak flooring and wood ceiling beams and are totally relaxing and cool. Some of the walls are decorated with top quality wallpaper, depicting natural grasses and bringing in a touch of wilderness to the sumptuous, calm bedrooms which are individually air conditioned. Each bedroom has a wonderful, large, walk in shower ensuite, excellent bed linen and towels.
OUTSIDE
Luxury villa Natralis is surrounded by a walled garden, where a wonderful large pool dominates the scene. The pool has gentle steps and measures 10 by 4 metres. Around the pool there is a large, stone paved sunbathing terrace with eight sun loungers with pool towels. There is also an outdoor shower. The covered barbecue and summer kitchen with outdoor dining table will keep you busy with socialising, out in the open, the Croatian way! The pool, barbecue and a circular stone bench with a fire pit will transform your evenings into magical gatherings under an incredibly starry sky.
