OVERVIEW
A perfect way to unwind in this relaxing, comfortable new family villa with pool, offering many outdoor activities, boating, culture and gorgeous Mediterranean food and wines. Swim in the warm, clear sea and stroll to the harbour side cafes and restaurants. All you need is within walking distance in this easy going but buzzy village.
Villa Smile on Brac island is one of those happy Croatian seaside holiday homes which bathe in the light, refresh you in sea smelling summer breeze and allow you to relax and walk to a lovely beach less than a half a mile away (700 metres). The charming small town of Milna is really attractive, with harbour side restaurants, bakeries, small shops, cafes, pretty beaches, water sports, outdoor activities and village fetes.
The whole island of Brac is excellent for exploration and boat trips. It is also easy to hop over to the mainland towns of Split, Trogir and Sibenik and visit the Krka waterfalls national park as a day trip. Travel around the Brac island pretty fishing villages and visit Bol for windsurfing. Take a private boat ride to the neighbouring island of Hvar.
This luxury private villa with pool on the magical Brac island is modern, equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, a large private pool, walled garden and excellent furniture. The living space spreads over 338 square metres and the villa plot comes as 1351 square metres, so you have plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It was built in 2021. In total the villa accepts 8 plus 1 guests, the ninth person using either the downstairs sofa or an extra bed on request.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor is a large open space with the sunlight streaming in through large, floor to ceiling sliding windows. Here is an L-shaped sofa, armchairs and a TV for the family and friends to relax together. A dining table seats eight people and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and pretty dinner ware. The living room area has direct access to the sunbathing terrace and the large pool surrounded by sunbeds. All is arranged for the wellbeing and enjoyment of the guests.
First floor
Internal stairs lead to the first floor with four en-suite double bedrooms. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and two of them have fantastic sea views. They have comfortable beds with good bed linen and plenty of towels.
The first bedroom has a super-king size bed and a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bath tub and there is also a large balcony to enjoy the sea view.
The second and third bedrooms have king-size double beds and an en-suite shower, looking over the garden.
The fourth double bedroom again has a lovely sea view, a super-king size bed and an en-suite shower.
OUTSIDE
The garden and the large, stone paved terrace of this lovely private family villa are completely walled and the sunbathing area is supplied with 7 sun beds and pool towels. where a large swimming pool is the centre of attention. Dimensions are 9.4 by 4.9 metres with the depth of the pool 1.5 metres. In the pool yard there is also an outdoor pool shower and a summer kitchen, which is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, basin, fridge and utensils, where you can cook and then dine at the outdoor table and live outdoors the Croatian way. At the edges of the paved garden there are Mediterranean shrubs and lawns, smelling of rosemary and lavender.
