OVERVIEW
Luxury stone Villa Pamela with private pool is located outside the gorgeous, small town with a name which is difficult to pronounce: "Pucisca" on the island of Brac. On this famously green island surrounded by azure and pristine sea, the village of Pucisca stands out as a picture postcard of white stone houses with red roofs and pastel shutters, overlooking the blue sea.
Luxury private family Villa Pamela is arranged as two separate apartments rented as one holiday home. The first floor apartment has a separate entrance and is reached via an outside stairway. A two bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and comprises a gym and laundry. The three bedroom apartment is on the first floor and has a large, sea view balcony. This private luxury villa is suitable for a large family, two families sharing or a group of adults looking for a fantastic place to spend their holidays in Croatia. The total living area is 320 metres, and the garden is 3000 square metres, although the total land belonging to the villa measures 30 000 square metres (over seven acres). This luxury holiday home on Brac has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a private swimming pool, air-conditioning, WiFi, a large garden, barbecue, a gym and is pet friendly. A gorgeous pebbly beach is 300 metres away only.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor 2 bedroom apartment
The ground floor is modern, with some rustic elements. It comprises an open plan living room with terracotta floor tiles, a rustic open fireplace and ochre and white walls, opening onto a sunny terrace, looking out at the pine trees and the sea. By the fireplace is an L-shaped sofa in front of a walled mounted TV. The country kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, tableware). In the central position is the dining table which looks out onto the garden and easily sits eight people.
On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, terracotta tiles and the summery colour theme continue on from the living room to the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms contains a super king size, metal frame double bed and an ensuite shower. The second bedroom has a super king size double bed which can be separated into twin beds. This bedroom has its own TV and uses the family bathroom, which also has a walk-in shower. The bedrooms have spacious showers and good storage space, lovely fresh bed linen and plenty of towels.
A gym and a laundry room are on the ground floor. There is a washing machine, iron and an ironing board.
First floor 3 bedroom apartment
The first floor apartment is completely air-conditioned and modern, with pale marble floor tiles throughout, pale walls and a large floor to ceiling sliding window which opens out to let in the fabulous views of the country and the sea (with a protective glass barrier). This stunning, open plan, spacious living room features a modern wood burning stove, a sleek modern kitchen with a large, American fridge freezer with ice maker, a dining table for six, a cream coloured, L-shaped sofa and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, hob, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils and beautiful dinnerware.
Across the hallway are three spacious, charming and light double bedrooms with bed linen and towels provided. Two of the bedrooms have super king size double beds and ensuite shower rooms, and the third bedroom uses the family bathroom on the first floor.
OUTSIDE
The two apartments share the large garden and grounds of the luxury secluded private villa Pamela. The garden has a splendid display of stone walls and buttresses which support the planted areas and mature trees. These stone walls are a feature of the Brac architectural history and are a beautiful living memory of the old times on this unspoilt island. Several steps lead from the ground floor living room onto the dining terrace which has a table that sits 12 people comfortably. Eating al fresco with that unforgettable sea view ahead will be a special experience, typical in a Croatia luxury villa.
The central point of the garden is its large, mosaic pool of 10 by 4 metres which also has a pool shower and a magnificent paved sunbathing terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers and sofas scattered through the garden, a barbecue with an outdoor dining table and chairs. On this level is a covered gazebo with sofas and armchairs, for an early morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. Beautiful vistas of the sea are there from morning to night.
