The ground floor consists of a modest, pretty furnished open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with interesting red decorative details and floor tiles. The sitting area has a comfortable brown leather sofa, a satellite TV and WiFi. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with windows overlooking the blue sea. The upper floor has a separate bathroom with bathtub, bidet, wash-basin and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels provided. From this floor a door opens onto a terrace.

The outside of this small holiday home on Brac island comprises a big terrace with relaxing outdoor wicker furniture, from where you can enjoy views of the sea, sipping your morning coffee or summer cocktails. Pucisca haqrbour
Situated around a sheltered harbour, Pucisca has a character defined by its fine stone buildings set in terraces on the steep hillside. Here young stone masons are trained and can be seen practising their skills at The School of Stone Masons on the harbour front.

Island of Brac

The simplest connection to the island is to fly to Split and take the regular ferry crossings from Split ferry port to Supetar on Brac. The ferry port is a 25 minute drive from Split Airport. The ferry (car or foot passenger) takes 45 minutes and there are regular crossings during the summer. A bus service from Split Airport to the ferry port in Split is also available.

The ferry timetable for the Jadrolinija line from Split to Supetar on the island of Brac can be found on the Jadrolinija website. Cars can be hired at Split Airport. They can also be hired on arrival at Supetar from local firm MB Renta on the harbour front. Scooters and bicycles can also be rented. The local bus company, Autotrans runs buses several times a day between the principal towns on the island. Timetables can be found on the Autotrans website.

There is also a regular car ferry service from Makarska on the mainland directly to Sumartin at the south east end of the island (see Jadrolinija website for sailing schedule and prices). This crossing is convenient if arriving from the direction of Dubrovnik. There is also a passenger ferry service to Brac running four days a week from Split directly to the town of Milna. Details also on the Jadrolinija website.

Brac has its own small airport near the town of Bol. Light aircraft can fly into this airport and there are connections from Split Airport. Information on the Brac airport website.

If travelling to Brac from the Dubrovnik direction it is preferable to take the ferry crossing from Makarska to Sumartin. The service is less frequent than the Split/Supetar crossing and it is essential to check the timetable on the Jadrolinija website.

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 20 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split.
