OVERVIEW

Villa Moresco on Brac Island is a luxurious, exclusive, beachfront villa, full of modern comforts such as designer interiors, sumptuous bed linen, en-suite bathrooms, sea view balconies, air conditioning and WiFi. The villa is newly completed in 2023. This is a luxury family villa with heated infinity pool and private sea front, own boat mooring,  a pontoon for swimming, a sauna and gym, wine room, outdoor summer kitchen and barbecue, all just a few metres from the sea. For outdoor activities the owner provides free of charge 3 bikes, 2 kayaks and 1 SUP. The bright and airy luxury Brac holiday home comprises 370 square metres of living space, a pool with sunbathing terrace and a pretty garden. There is plenty of space for eight people and the villa offers two parking places. The large, heated infinity pool blends in with the sea which is a few metres away and overlooks the magical bay of Sumartin and the distant mountains. This is an unforgettable sea view.

Sonos sound system, Samsung smart TV with satellite television, high speed internet, fine toiletries, bathrobes, pool towels, plenty of bath towels and underfloor heating for cooler months will make your stay in the luxury seafront Villa Moresco very pleasant.  The villa has a ground floor and four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and four balconies on the first floor. Each bedroom has a super king-size double bed which can all be separated into twin beds. A lift can take you up to the first floor. In the price included is the daily service of a daily maid who will do light cleaning.

To complete your experience of a Croatia holiday, many outdoor activities are at hand: windsurfing, wakeboarding, snorkeling trips, caving, scuba diving, boating. Local food and wine are a scrumptious example of the best Mediterranean diet. Brac is phenomenally beautiful, and trips to the mainland historic towns of Split and Trogir are a must. Visit Krka National Park one day - stunning!

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

It is fabulous and comprises a large, open plan living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, dining area, a sauna, gym, wine cellar, laundry room and a guest toilet. The white sitting room has sumptuous designer sofas, modern furniture, a fireplace, exquisite lighting and smart TV. You can relax there listening to your choice of music and taking in the fabulous sea views through the huge glass panels and windows. The kitchen has every modern appliance, and fridge/freezer, cooker, ovens, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, icemaker, wine cooler, Qooker tap, mixer, coffee machine, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. The dining area has a magnificent dining table and chairs, perfect for summer dining for eight people. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer iron and ironing board. As you walk out of your living room, you are standing on the beautiful sunbathing terrace by the pool, listening to the murmur of the sea. First floor

There are four ensuite double bedrooms with super king-size double beds (2x2m). All bedrooms have beautiful balconies with sea views. Fresh high quality bed linen and plenty of towels and toiletries are provided. All beds can be changed into two single beds. Some bathrooms have large shower enclosures and some also include a bath tub. Bedrooms are stylish and calming, a lovely retreat after a day full of activities. Four hairdryers are provided.

OUTSIDE

The outdoor area of the luxury private beachfront Villa Moresco consists of a gorgeous infinity pool with built in Jacuzzi, a terraced garden with mature palm trees and other Mediterranean plants and two parking places. The focal point is the heated pool which stretches 9 metres along the sea line and is 3 metres wide. By the pool is the outdoor dining table where you will be eating all your meals in the balmy sunshine of the island of Brac. There are eight sun loungers, outdoor sofas, pool towels and a pool shower. Outside is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining equipment. You can cook and socialize outside with your own sea frontage and unforgettable views.
