OVERVIEW
This villa is a real gem, offering luxurious accommodation combined with wellness comfort and additional services on request. The pet friendly, luxury family villa with pool and Jacuzzi was built in 2019, surrounded by pine forests and lies in a beautiful bay not far from Supetar with its charming stone houses nestled around the harbour. Local restaurants offer fresh, simple and home cooked food, a real taste of Croatia. There are sandy and pebbly beaches all over the island and a variety of water sports are on offer. The historic city of Split (UNESCO heritage site) is only a 50 minute ferry crossing away and you can easily spend your day exploring the city with its breath-taking architecture, art galleries, antique shops, restaurants and cafes. History, great food and wine, water sports and culture, all in one place!
ACCOMMODATION
The villa spreads over 750 square metres and offers a spacious living/dining area and generous ensuite bedrooms.
The living/dining area in the Orangery has a rustic, yet grand feel with its exposed, famous, white Brac stone walls, glass roof and a fire place. Exquisitely furnished with antique chests, arm chairs, two dining tables seating 12 guests and a grand piano in one corner, this room has the perfect ambience for socialising around the fire place or over a delicious meal. There is also a small guest kitchen for your convenience. A chef is available on request, at extra cost.
A connecting room has a pool table and a TV for your entertainment.
Altogether the villa has 6 bedrooms:
2 superior rooms with double bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own private and furnished terrace overlooking the pool with view of the sea.
3 superior suites with double bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom are on ground floor level with view of the garden and pool. Each room has its own private terrace with garden furniture.
1 master spacious master suite with double bed and private sea view terrace. The master suite spreads over two floors, with a sitting room with library, smart TV and two bathrooms.
Toiletries, bathrobes, towels, slippers and hairdryers are provided.
Wellness
The wellness area offers a gym, two saunas, massage room and an inside and outside Jacuzzi. Massage can be arranged on request.
OUTSIDE
The outdoor pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with 12 sun loungers, sun umbrellas and palm trees lining the terrace. Enjoy the balmy Mediterranean evenings outside by the lit pool or on your personal terrace. from the pool area and the terraces filled with olive and citrus trees, tall cypresses and scented herbs you can see the clear blue sea and the beach, lest than a stone's throw away.
