This mainland villa is located in a charming old village just a short drive (17km) from the UNESCO graded ancient town of Split which will astound you with its unique Roman palace from the 3rd century AD and its lively cobbled streets full of attractions for a smart traveller. Great restaurants, seaside cafes with beautiful people and cocktails, romantic medieval squares with fabulous ice cream shops, beaches, markets, nightlife, the vibrancy of the unforgettable town of Split attracts the young and old alike. The villa is 2.5km from the beach and 200 metres from the centre of the village, surrounded by old stone buildings and ancient churches. The very highly regarded Stobrec tennis school is within a few kilometres of the villa. All kinds ow water sports and interesting daytrips will make it as relaxing or as active as you wish. Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor stretches over a very roomy and modern living space which has stylish sitting and dining areas and a well equipped kitchen. On this floor is a double bedroom and a shower room. There is a separate guest cloakroom. The sitting room is cosy, marble tiled and has a stunning central fireplace and also a satellite TV, DVD, Blue ray, CD player and internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker and good set of tableware and cooking utensils.
First floor
The first floor comprises two double bedrooms with comfortable beds, good bed linen and towels, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with en-suite shower. They have a great balcony overlooking the infinity pool and garden.
Second floor
The second floor bedroom looks away from the garden, towards Split. It has a stunning en-suite glass shower room and offers a fantastic view of Split, day and night. It has a great sea view, and the bed is comfortable and provided with excellent bed linen and towels.
Basement
The basement is irresistible with its gym room, a relaxing steam bath, Finnish sauna and a massage table (masseur comes on request). Guests can use the basement kitchenette for drinks and refreshments. A separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment is also in the basement.
Outside
The villa has a private garden with terraces, barbecue, great area for outdoor dining and socialising. Around the pool there are sun loungers on the sunbathing terrace, and parasols.
