OVERVIEW

This superb, award winning architect-designed new villa has an unforgettable sea view and is full of elegance and comfort. The living space is 200 square metres and the plot area 720 square metres. Surrounded by olive groves and pine trees, the villa perches on a hill and is 800 metres from the beach, offering great privacy and tranquillity. Soak up the sun around the pool in daylight, and enjoy candle lit barbecues in the evening, the views are stunning at any time of the day. It is also well positioned to reach the vibrant towns of Makarska and Split for shopping, sightseeing and water sports.

Accommodation

Ground floor

The spacious and light ground floor is an open plan space with a sitting room, a raised dining and kitchen area and a beautiful outdoor terrace which you access from several points of the living room. Everywhere there are large picture windows and sliding doors, letting you see the blue Adriatic sea and islands. The oak floor sitting room has soft, relaxing sofas and a modern fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, sound system and steps leading up to the kitchen and dining area. A modern dining table can sit 10 people and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils and pretty tableware. The ground floor has a laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and storage. In addition, there is a double bedroom with a bath, with direct access to a lovely terrace.

First floor

There are two stylish double bedrooms and one twin bedroom each with an en-suite shower room and sea views. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The modern new showers are top quality and roomy and each has a hair drier. All the beds have a general feeling of comfort and luxury.

Outside

The heated infinity swimming pool is surrounded by teak decking and has 8 sun beds. The pool is 12 metres long and 3 metres wide. The outdoor terrace has a dining table and chairs and to one side of the garden there is a beautiful stone built barbecue. There are several spots for sitting and relaxing, you will not wish to move from the sea view!

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 25 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split although you should allow longer in mid summer.
