OVERVIEW
This newly refurbished, family villa with pool, Jacuzzi and a boat mooring is located 100 metres from two beaches. It is made up of three luxury apartments on the ground and first floor which can be rented together to create accommodation for up to 15 persons with exclusive use of the garden and pool. The owner/manager lives on the upper floors of the villa, so is close at hand to attend to any requests. Each apartment has its own entrance. The location is a peaceful village situated between two Mediterranean beauties, the towns of Sibenik and Primosten. The village has many facilities, such as restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and a beach bar which serves cocktails in the evenings. All the amenities are within easy walking distance from your holiday home.
Each apartment is partially air-conditioned, with an a/c unit placed in the hallway. This great Croatian family villa rental has a walled garden which provides privacy around the stunning, large pool with sunbeds and a barbecue. Especially wonderful is a shady, covered gazebo by the pool, with plenty of seating for everyone. There is parking for five cars. Boat trips and a visit to the amazing Krka River Waterfalls National Park will provide wonderful memories of Croatia. The first floor apartment has wonderful sea views.

In total, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the ground floor with fresh bedlinen, bath towels and pool towels included.
Three bedroom apartment Venus (sleeps 6-8)
The largest apartment Venus (105 square metres) consists of an open plan living room with a sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, pretty tableware, hairdryer and a washing machine, three bedrooms (one en-suite, all with super-king size double beds 180cm x 200cm), a family bathroom, a separate WC. In two of the double bedrooms there is a third, single bed, so in total 8 people can sleep in this large apartment. There is a LCD TV-Sat and WiFi. The sitting room opens out onto a covered dining terrace with outdoor sitting furniture and the pool.
Studio apartment Venus (sleeps 2)
Studio apartment is air-conditioned and with a WiFi, comprising 30 square metres of living space. The apartment has its mini kitchen with a two ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, a coffee machine and cooking utensils/tableware. The dining table sits 2 people comfortably.
The bedroom contains a double, king size bed of 160 by 200cm, and an accessory bed 90 by 200 cm, so three people can stay in this studio holiday apartment which has its own shower room. All bed linen, hairdryer and bath towels are provided. The apartment has access to the garden terrace.
First floor
Two bedroom apartment Venus (sleeps 4 - 5)
The two bedroom holiday apartment Venus comprises 68 square metres and is partially air- conditioned, with Wi Fi, LCD TV-Sat and new, modern furniture. The sitting room opens out onto a lovely terrace, and the kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware, a washing machine, hairdryer and a dining table for 6 people. There is a wonderful sea view from the first floor.
The spacious double bedrooms have large, comfortable double beds 180 by 200 cm, and one of the bedrooms has another single bed in addition.
OUTSIDE
The beach family holiday villa wing Venus is situated in a fully enclosed, gated garden with a large garden terrace. In the garden there is a large pool (9.5 by 4.5 metres, depth 1.5 metres) with ten sunbeds and additional seating, pool/beach towels are provided. Within the pool there is a whirlpool, a waterfall and hydro-massage. This large family villa also has a children's corner with a swing and a stairgate indoors.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and planted with flowers and herbs. A garden swing will delight the children and the luxurious tent-like gazebo will provide shade and relaxation for the whole family.
