OVERVIEW
Villa Klara is a luxury villa situated in the new part of Rogoznica town, which is bridged with the old part that used to be an island. The two parts of the town are a blend of traditional old stone houses, Mediterranean pine woods and peaceful atmosphere on one hand, and contemporary houses, beautiful yachts and wild nightlife on the other, everything within walking distance. The villa has modern, light, stylish interior, opening onto wonderful terraces from where you can feast your eyes on the sea. Ground floor
The ground floor of luxury villa Klara consists of a contemporary-looking kitchen, fully equipped, with a dining table for eight people, which converts into a pool table, a satellite flat screen TV, and direct access to the terrace.double bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom, a satellite TV, an extra bed which sleeps two people, and French doors which offer gorgeous sea views and leads to the terrace. First floor
The first floor counts as the main living room for the villa, which has a spacious open-plan sitting area with two comfortable sofas and an armchair, two coffee tables, a satellite TV and panoramic doors leading onto the pool terrace. This area is connected to a separate, stylish, brightly coloured dining area with a dining table for eight people. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen has an island breakfast bar with three bar stools, fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, all cooking utensils and tableware. This floor also has a separate toilet and a laundry room.
Second floor
A designer staircase leads from the dining area to the second floor where there are three bedrooms. One is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a sitting area with two armchairs. The other two, one double and one twin bedroom, share a bathroom. All the bedrooms are nicely designed and have comfortable beds, satellite TVs, air-conditioning and private balconies. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Outside
The outside area includes three large terraces, all placed on different levels. The first floor terrace has a marvellous pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. The rear terrace has an outdoor kitchen with an open fireplace, an outdoor sofa and a dining table, intended for eight guests. On the ground floor terrace, which also overlooks the sea, there is an outside table and chairs. The third terrace is level with the beach and has sun loungers where you can soak up the sun and relax or just jump right into the sea.
