OVERVIEW
Hidden within a small olive grove lies this luxury holiday home with pool. You are only a small short stroll from the village centre and local beach, yet sheltered from view. Villa Olea features a heated swimming pool and children's play area within a lovingly landscaped garden incorporating mature olive trees. You are within good driving distance of Omis, Makarska and Split, and outdoor activities such as kayaking and SUP are offered in the local village. Venturing further inland we recommend rafting on the Cetina River or hiking up to one of several viewpoints to enjoy the most stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area. ACCOMMODATION
This luxury holiday home with pool is fully air-conditioned and has 3 en-suite bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests.
Ground floor
The bright and airy open plan living area is lovingly furnished with direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden. Lounge and dining area are kept in grey tones with wooden accents and feature a Smart TV. Two guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and tableware and kitchen utensils. A washing machine and iron and ironing board are provided as well.
There is also an en-suite bedroom with super king-size bed (180x200cm) (can be separated into two single beds) and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
First floor
A further two bedrooms are on the first floor. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony. The larger bedroom has a king-size double bed (160x200cm) with enough space to put up a baby cot, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other bedroom is also en-suite with a walk-in shower and has a queen-size bed (140x200cm). The bathrooms are tiled with modern bathroom furnishings. Bedlinen, towels and hairdryer are provided. There is also a safe deposit box at your disposal.
OUTSIDE
Villa Olea has been built within a small olive grove. The landscaped garden incorporates the mature olive trees and you are hidden away from view. Natural stone walls give the garden its rustic charm. The pool area and surrounding terraces are paved with stone coloured tiles, and the dining and barbecue area is covered for shade. The heated saltwater pool measures 6x3 metres and can be heated up to 26 °C. There is private parking for 2 cars in the grounds.
