Overview

Recently built large and pleasant villa in an incredible seafront location, 5 metres from the sea where you can bring your sun-loungers and dip in directly into the crystal clear sea. In front of the villa is a mooring for a 6 metre boat. The living area is 218 square metres and the garden plot is 350 square metres. You can almost touch the sea.

Rogoznica, a calm and warm Mediterranean town on the outskirts of northern Dalmatia. It stretches 50 km along the coast and is an ideal place to relax with family and friends. Gladly visited by boaters because it is known as one of the most beautiful and safest ports. Beaches in Rogoznica are gravel, and a little rocky, and each village has hidden beaches in the numerous little bays. Rogoznica is known for a wide range of entertainment and cultural events organized by the Tourist Board, this is the time when the streets special atmosphere.

Accommodation

Ground floor

A large sitting room has seating for 9 people, and additional 4 chairs. This supplies a satellite TV/DVD player, WiFi facility and opens out directly onto the outdoor terrace with sea view. The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware.

Upper floors

There are six double bedrooms, sharing three shower rooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, and three have twin beds. All the bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside

The villa has a walled garden and a large terrace with a dining table for 12 people. That is close to the barbecue. On the second, front terrace there is a table for 16 people and a sun umbrella.

Split Airport

Split Airport is located to the west of Split close to the town of Trogir. It is 25 minutes drive from the airport to the ferry port in Split although you should allow longer in mid summer.
