Overview
Villa Sebena 1 is a new, modern, stylish, semi-detached family villa in Sibenik, one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Croatia. The villa comprises 112 square metres of interior space and sits on a walled plot with a private swimming pool, close to the sea. This great family villa offers three double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms, and can accept seven people. Rented together with Villa Sebena 2, which is next door, the two villas can accommodate up to 14 people. There is private parking for two cars, air conditioning, three TVs, WiFi and a barbecue.
The town of Sibenik is historically very important and is surrounded by lovely beaches of which some are sandy and some pebbly. It is close to the famous Krka Waterfall National Park and National Park Paklenica. Sibenik also holds a Michelin star restaurant, so there is plenty to satisfy everybody's tastes and interests. The historic centre of Sibenik has a gorgeous medieval square with colonnades and a clock tower. Here you will also find many good restaurants, bakeries, delicious pastries and other shops. Sit in the cafe on the old square and take in the romantic setting of this authentic, Italianate, medieval town which was once a part of the Venetian Republic. Folks with kids should not miss the themed Aquapark Dalmatia water park, which is a fun day out, where you can enjoy the "Lazy River", a fairy tale cave and many water features, and there is a child friendly restaurant.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor is an open plan space with a large L-shaped sofa, chairs, satellite TV, WiFi, a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for seven people. The kitchen has a cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, filter coffee machine, new tableware and cookware. Iron, ironing board and a hair dryer are also supplied. One bedroom with a small double bed (140 x 200 cm) and desk is on the ground floor. One of the shower rooms is also on the ground floor. A baby cot and feeding chair are provided on request. The living room opens out directly onto a covered outdoor terrace where you can eat and relax al fresco close to the pool. This will probably be your main place for dining and socialising. Behind the villa is another part of the garden which has a barbecue.
First floor
From the sitting area the staircase leads upstairs where there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are doubles, and one is a single bedroom. The master bedroom upstairs has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a balcony where you can sit enjoying the views and sunshine. The second double bedroom has a queen-size double bed (160 x 200cm) and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a single bedroom with a bed size 90 x 200cm.
The second shower room is also on the first floor and houses a washing machine. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
Family villa Sebena 1 has a walled garden and a front courtyard with a pool (7.5 by 4 metres, with proper pool steps) provided with four sun beds and a large sun umbrella. There is also a garden terrace with a dining table and chairs, linking the indoor living area with the pool and garden. The back garden has a barbecue, Mediterranean trees and herbs.
