OVERVIEW
Set within a landscaped garden of 5000 m² this luxury family villa with pool has everything for a truly memorable holiday. The villa has five double bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests. Adults and children alike will enjoy the great outdoors and wellness and entertainment facilities of this gorgeous luxury villa. It is just a 20 minutes' walk to Kastel Kambelovac, where you will find numerous restaurants, coffee bars and several grocery shops to stock up your pantry. Stroll along the seaside promenade or visit one of the excellent wineries for wine tasting combined with traditional Dalmatian dishes. Historic Split and Trogir are in easy reach and if you are an avid hiker you are just in the right location to explore the Kozjak Mountain. Capture the breath-taking views over the Adriatic and the Dalmatian hinterland whilst walking the ridge of the mountain and then finish off with a visit to Klis Fortress, one of the locations featuring in the 'Game of Thrones' films. Regular ferries from Split connect the nearby islands of Solta, Brac and Hvar with the mainland and we recommend to plan an island tour during your stay at Villa Golden Sun.
ACCOMMODATION
The generous living space of Luxury Villa Golden Sun with heated pool spreads over three floors and totals 450 m². You will enter the villa on the first floor level which is connected by internal stairs with the other floors.
First floor
The bright welcoming entrance hall leads to the three bedrooms on the first floor level and an internal stair which connects all three floors.
The master bedroom with king-size double bed and ensuite bathroom has a lovely private sea view balcony. Two further double bedrooms share a bathroom and are also equipped with king-size double beds. All bedrooms are individually styled in calm, muted tones with warm wooden flooring. The bathrooms have walk-in showers and modern quality bathroom furniture. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
Ground floor
The open plan living space on the ground floor has large sliding glass doors connecting the inside living area with the beautiful sea view terrace. Stylish leather sofas and tastefully selected accessories give the living area an elegant touch. A large LCD TV and free WiFi connection are there for your entertainment. Should you need to work whilst on holiday, the integrated desks in the living area will provide the needed space for you. A large wooden dining table sits 10 people comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is kept in grey tones with contrasting wooden doors and the large window is opening the view to the garden.
The double bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed and uses the shared bathroom on the first floor.
Basement
The bedroom in the basement has a king-size bed and a private shower room. There is also a gym, a sauna with shower and a table tennis. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.
OUTSIDE
The large landscaped garden is a real oasis of calm and relaxation. Natural stone walls divide the different sections of the terraced garden and the garden lounge is a wonderful place to retreat to during the hotter periods of the day. Pine trees provide natural shade and a light breeze from the sea is a welcome refreshing. The 40 m² large heated pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area with sun loungers and a small corner with two garden chairs. There is an outside shower next to the pool and a separate toilet. The terrace below the pool has a children's play area and the entire garden is planted with mature trees and Mediterranean shrubs. From the dining terrace you have a view of the sea and the summer kitchen with barbecue is a fantastic place to prepare delicious meals from local produce. The property has a gated entrance, a garage and additional outside parking space for 7+ cars.
