OVERVIEW
Villa Acasya is a proper beach and luxury family villa with a private, heated infinity pool and a Jacuzzi, set in a garden bordering a pebbly beach. Being the first line from the crystal clear sea, where you can dip in before anyone has got up, or sit enjoying a beautiful sunset, this stylish holiday home for rent deserves to have the label of luxury. Built in 2018 in modern beach villa style, on an island offshoot of Trogir, known as the Ciovo Island, the villa is surrounded by numerous pebbly and sandy beaches, enabling kids to snorkel and play, and adults to enjoy water sports. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance, and the lively and incredibly beautiful town of Trogir, which is UNESCO protected and linked with Ciovo by a bridge, offers excellent entertainment, cultural and architectural delights and some famous restaurants. Just a little further afield are Split, Primosten, Sibenik and Krka Waterfalls National park, and also the wonderful Makarska which is great for nightlife and outdoor activities. All these are perfect for a day trip of action. Spend a day white water rafting on the river Cetina, canyoning and zip lining across it on a very long zip line. Visit the Omis street market and go boating all the way to the gorgeous islands of Brac and Hvar. There are endless possibilities for family fun and an unforgettable holiday for children and adults. This gorgeous rental home has air-conditioning, WiFi, two barbecues, a private garden for outdoor dining, and private parking. A large indoor gym is free to use at the nextdoor villa.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury beach villa Acasya has so much style and comfort, and is directly on the beach. There is WiFi, air-conditioning everywhere, fantastic lighting and bed linen, ultra-comfortable sofas and beds. From the entrance hall you have three steps leading into the living room and another staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms.
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises a sitting room with a TV, dining area and long kitchen which are all level with the pool terrace and pool. A smart, slate coloured, U-shaped sofa sits right in the line of the swimming pool and the sea which is visible as an extension of the water beyond it. From all the windows and huge sliding doors the sun and the blue ocean come into the house. The modern dining table with armchairs can sit 8 people, possibly 10. The white sleek kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dish washer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a full set of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a massive kitchen island with a breakfast bar section and three bar stools. Just outside is the outdoor dining area, so convenient to open the glass doors and eat outside. There is a separate downstairs toilet. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The fitness centre has several machines, weights, a TV and shower. It is located in the nextdoor villa and is free to use.
First floor
A light, oak floor upstairs landing has a writing desk, which is repeated in every bedroom. There are four air-conditioned double bedrooms altogetgher. Three double bedrooms have paintings of Trogir, a king size double bed, wardrobes, and sea views. The fourth double bedroom has a beautiful painting of the Omis Mountains. Two bedrooms are with ensuite bathrooms and the other two share a bathroom. Bathrooms are stylish and roomy, plenty of towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The outdoor areas of this luxury beachside villa are particularly stunning and suitable for socialising and sea gazing. The villa has a walled garden with a heated infinity pool, a sunbathing terrace and 8 sunbeds. Above the pool is a hot tub, a very romantic and pampering place looking at the sea. The garden opens out onto the beach. The sea view is stunning from the heated pool, terrace and the whole villa. One whole section of the pool terrace is dedicated to outdoor living, cooking and relaxing. The summer kitchen has a gas barbecue, a wood fired barbecue, sink and fridge as well as an outdoor dining table and separate, large upholstered seating where you will enjoy your coffees, cocktails, wine…or smoothies. Your own private beach bar! Simply, a wonderful outdoor area to feast your eyes on the sea view.
