OVERVIEW

New Croatian villa for rent, Agnes is a luxurious family villa with pool situated a few meters from the beach of a small fishing village near the most beautiful towns of Trogir and Split which you can reach by a ferry or bus. The village has a few shops, restaurants and cafés and is surrounded by scented pine woods, islands and pebble beaches. Spend a whole day sightseeing in breathtaking Trogir with its castles and renaissance palazzos, or in vibrant Split with fabulous beaches, a genuine Roman palace, markets, restaurants, galleries and shops. Go a little further to the Krka River National Park or eastwards to Omis and its sandy beaches, a huge zip line and white-water rafting. Day boat trips to the Blue Cave, Brac, Hvar and Vis islands can be arranged by us. You are never short of outdoor activities, whether it is snorkelling and swimming, boating, walking the coastal path, cycling, scuba diving, kayaking and more.

This new holiday home with pool overlooks the sea, being in the second row from the beach. The seafront Croatia villa is very spacious, offering 220 square metres of living area for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The villa is semi-detached to its identical sister villa Afrodita and the two villas can be rented together for a larger group, sleeping 14 people altogether.

The private villa with pool, Jacuzzi and a rooftop summer kitchen comes with WiFi, air conditioning, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sea view balcony, gym, sauna, and a 32 square metre swimming pool. The lovely holiday home is arranged on four levels, the basement with sauna and gym, the ground floor with pool terrace, first floor bedrooms and the second floor which is a roof terrace with a summer kitchen and a Jacuzzi.

Basement

The spacious basement provides a sauna and gym room, a toilet and the laundry room where you will find a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Ground floor

The ground floor is the space where you cook, eat together, socialise and sit together watching your favourite TV programmes on the flat screen TV with a sound bar. Surrounded by floor to ceiling picture windows, you look at the inviting pool directly outside. There is plenty of seating for all of you on several sofas in the cosy sitting room and a dining table for eight people. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee grinder, kitchen utensils and stylish dinnerware. The kitchen also has an island with a hob and it doubles as a breakfast bar. It is such a pleasant place with all that sunshine streaming in and lovely lighting and paintings plus the pool and pool terrace right in front.

First floor

From the central area of the living room a staircase leads up to the first floor withy three bedrooms and bathrooms. The three double bedrooms all contain king size double beds (180 by 200 cm) and one of the bedrooms has an additional bunk bed set for children. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and plenty of towels are provided. One bedroom has a wonderful sea view balcony. In all, there are three double bedrooms, sleeping 8 people in total.   

Roof terrace

The staircase continues to the splendid roof terrace which makes you feel you wish to dive into the sea from up there. The beach is so close. Here you will find a proper outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink and gas barbecue, a Jacuzzi and a dining table for 8 people plus a sunbathing mattress for relaxation. The kitchen is in the shade and has its own dining set.
