OVERVIEW
Villa Adriatic View is a luxurious villa on a small hill overlooking a huge expanse of the sea. Just a short walk of 300 meters will take you down to a quiet bay where you can enjoy an uncrowded, sandy beach. The settlement consists of a few new luxury villas of a similar standard and is a peaceful summer resort suitable for families and adults. The villa is arranged on three floors.
The villa was built in 2014 and has 220 square meters of living space on a plot of 650 square meters. It has a very smart and stylish interior, beautiful balconies and terraces, garden with pool, lovely sea views from the villa. A short drive away are the towns of Marina and Vinisce with cafes, restaurants, shops and harbours. In a few minutes by car you will find yourself in one of the most beautiful towns on Croatian mainland, the UNESCO protected historical town of Trogir. Here you can spend all day meandering through the narrow cobbled streets, enjoying excellent shops, restaurants and harbour side cafes and amazing renaissance churches and town squares. Other places to visit are Split, Makarska, Omis zip line, Primosten, Sibenik and Krka River Waterfalls.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed and an ensuite shower enclosure. The second bedroom has a king size double bed and a separate shower room. Good bed linen and plenty of towels are provided. On the ground floor is also the laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, a basin and toilet, two hair dryers.
First floor
The first floor is entirely a large sitting room with a deep, comfortable sofa and chairs, a wood burning stove, a dining table, a modern, well equipped kitchen and a wonderful covered terrace with outdoor sofas - enjoying sea views. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, excellent tableware and cookware and has its own balcony. In addition, there is one more bathroom which can be used by the top floor twin bedroom.
Second floor
The top floor, which is the second floor, has the thrid bedroom with a king size double bed which can be transformed into two single beds. This room uses the bathroom on the first floor. The room has its own sitting area with a single sofa bed and a coffee table, and a beautiful sea view terrace with outdoor furniture. Wake up to the sound of the shimmering sea in the sunshine.
Outside
The villa is gated and has parking for four cars. The private pool is 8 by 4 metres and there are six sun loungers and a barbecue, with an outdoor dining table.
