OVERVIEW
Villa Andrea is a brand new, fully air-conditioned, three bedroom modern seaside villa with a heated pool placed on the roof, enjoying stunning sea views. This superb family villa was finished in summer 2019 and stylishly furnished. The strong features of this stunning holiday home are its elegant simplicity, modern design and sea views. Just a few metres from a sandy beach and harbour-side shops and restaurant, this villa has it all- a villa for couples, friends and family! Location is Vinisce, a small, understated fishing town 40 min drive from Split and even closer to beautiful Trogir, both are "must see" destinations with sophisticated restaurants, culture, history and night life. All is within walking distance and lively enough to have fun time, but still fairly low key. The villa is spacious, with 200 square metres of living area, within a 300 square metre private plot and with private parking. The sandy beach is only 20 metres away from this beautiful villa, second row from the sea. The heated pool makes this villa a winner for early or late season holidays.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a bright and fresh sitting room with bi-folding glass doors, a sofa (sleeps one), dining table, TV, and a white kitchen, equipped with a fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, new kitchen utensils and new tableware. Through the corridor you reach a cool and pleasant bedroom with a king size bed and a wardrobe, There is also a small laundry room with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Spanning the whole width of the villa there is a large terrace with outdoor dining table, large barbecue and comfortable outside furniture. All looks great for soaking up the sun.
First floor
The first floor comprises a bedroom with a king-size double bed, private shower room and a gorgeous terrace with sea views and sun beds. At the back of the house is the third bedroom which has twin beds and its own shower.
Rooftop
The most stunning space is the roof, which has a sea view pool (25 square metres) and a summer kitchen. Totally unforgettable! Around the pool there are four sunbeds and a shady covered 'cabana' which has an outdoor sofa to relax in. You will love to be there with your cocktails, coffees and lunches, watching the village roofs and the beautiful blue and clear sea which is a wonderful seaside experience.
Outside
Villa Andrea has a private courtyard and two major terraces for outdoor living and socialising, and the third terrace on the roof, which has the pool, sunbeds, a covered summer kitchen and a fabulous relaxation area. You feel you can almost touch the sea. A few steps away is the beach, where you can hire kayaks and surfboards, snorkel in the warm sea or enjoy the sunshine while sipping your morning coffee in a beach bar.
