OVERVIEW
Beautiful modern private villa with pool, Cherrie sits right on the seafront of a peaceful but lively fishing village of Vinisce. Beach just 100 metres away, fishing boats and pleasure yachts bobbing up and down in beautiful sunshine. Enjoy the gorgeous sea views day and night from the 35 square metres roof top pool terrace and all the bedrooms and living area. Early morning coffee in the seafront cafe can be followed by a dip in the sea or checking out the market for freshly caught fish, fruit and vegetables. Grocery shop and restaurants are all at your doorstep.
There is lots to do and we organise fantastic outdoor activities, in particular the boat trips which will be memorable. This private seafront family villa has 235 square metres of bright living space, 500square metres garden plot, 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms (one with a bath tub), four bedroom balconies with sea views, a huge barbecue and two parking spaces in the garage. WiFi, washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board are provided. Visit antique cultural city of Spit and the renaissance Trogir, Krka river waterfalls national park, zip lines, water sports for the full Croatia experience - summer and winter! Plenty of outdoor activities for everyone.
ACCOMMODATION
There is air conditioning and underfloor heating in every room and bedroom, WiFi, sound system, complimentary SUV, two bikes.
Ground floor
An Integral garage for two cars is on the ground floor where there is also the main gate which takes you via a few short steps to the first floor living room. .
First floor
The open plan first floor is spacious and light, with great picture windows overlooking the seafront, having a lovely front terrace virtually touching the sea. There is a large wood burning barbecue and outdoor dining table and chairs for 8 people. This terrace can also be enclosed when necessary. The modern kitchen has an island with 4 bar stools and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, excellent cooking utensils and tableware. A separate area has a large dining table for ten persons. There is a cream coloured L shaped sofa and a TV set in the sitting room area.
Second floor
The second floor comprises two bedrooms with en-suite showed rooms, one facing the sea and with a sea view balcony, the other faces the garden and has a side aspect sea view balcony with table and chairs. The super king size beds measure 200 cm by 180 cm and have gorgeous bed linen and plenty of towels and wall mounted TVs. The rooms are extremely relaxing and one bedroom has a full size bath tub .
Third floor
The same arrangement is on the third floor where you also get two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom is facing the sea with a sea view balcony, the other faces the garden and has a side balcony with table and chairs where you can relax and sea the sea. One double bed can be separated into twin beds. The super king size beds have fluffy white fresh bed linen and wall mounted TVs. The rooms benefit from unforgettable sea views where you feel sheltered and peaceful, with the little town spreading below you and the Mediterranean way of life goes on.
OUTSIDE
Roof top terrace and heated pool
This stunning private holiday home has a beautiful, stone tiled roof top terrace from where you get the panoramic view of the sea and the islands. In the night, lights twinkle, people walk cooling themselves in the evening breeze and you enjoy the dip in your roof top pool. There are six quality sun loungers and extra seating can be provided. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience, plus a shady covered area with seating. The pool dimensions are 18 m2 in fact width 2.20 metres and length 7.40 metres, the depth is 1.20 metres. Don’t forget the warm and crystal clear sea and beaches are just a few steps away. Wild sea swimming is perfect!
