OVERVIEW
Whether you are traveling with your family or an extended group of family and friends, luxury Villa Bianco 1 with pool has all the facilities to keep you happy. Rented together with its sister Villa Bianco 2 up to 16+4 guests can be accommodated. The rural location is a quiet oasis to unwind and yet it is only a 5 minutes' drive to the beautiful town of Jelsa with its delightful harbour front. You will reach the local beaches by car in about 10 minutes. The nearest sandy beach 'Mina' is close to Jelsa and perfect for snorkelling and building sand castles. And a little bit further there are more sandy and pebbly beaches in Grebisce Bay. The area is great for outdoor activities and for a night out there are some fantastic bars in Jelsa. Hvar Island is well connected with the mainland via ferry. Regular car ferries are running between Split and the island and passengers only ferries connect Hvar Island with Dubrovnik, Makarska, Rijeka and the islands of Brac, Mljet and Lastovo.
Luxury family Villa Bianco 1 with pool and wellness facilities offers spacious living on 270 m² and the large garden with pool has some great areas laid to lawn where you can enjoy playing outdoor games with family and friends.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Large glass doors open the view to the lush green of the countryside inviting the Mediterranean summer feel in. The tone of the lounge and dining/kitchen area is set by calming white and mellow brown colours interspersed with a few splashes of green and red. Equipped with a surround sound system, WiFi and smart TV the lounge with large corner sofa is a lovely place to relax. The dining table can sit up to 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and tableware and kitchen utensils. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Internal stairs lead to the basement with wellness facilities.
Basement
The basement wellness suite has a fantastic hot tub, sauna, fitness room and walk-in shower. There is also a relaxing corner with armchairs, TV and games console.
First floor
The main colour scheme is continued on the first floor. Four bright bedrooms with smart TV, comfortable double beds and ensuite bathroom are tastefully decorated and add to your overall well-being. Two of the bedrooms have access to a furnished balcony with far reaching countryside views. There is the possibility to set up accessory beds for two additional guests.
Bedlinen, towels and hair dryer are provided. There is also a safe deposit box at your disposal.
OUTSIDE
Hvar Island is known for its pleasant Mediterranean climate and you will find yourself spending many hours outside sunbathing or swimming in your private pool. The covered terrace offers a lovely shaded place and is equipped with a dining table and chairs for up to 10 guests and a barbecue. A large lawn to the side of the villa is ideal for playing badminton. The garden is fully fenced.
