OVERVIEW

Placed within a private estate with nine other similar luxury family villas this villa is a great choice when holidaying with a larger group of family or friends, as the other villas can be rented, too.
The villa location offers the best of both worlds, quiet surroundings and yet close proximity to Stari Grad, the local beaches and outdoor activities. The pretty town of Stari Grad settles along a deep bay and cafes, restaurants and shops are lined up along the promenade. The Stari Grad plain is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage and should be on your to do and see list. Hvar town is just a 30 minute drive away and the pretty harbour town of Jelsa is to be reached just under 20 minutes.
ACCOMMODATION
With a total of 280 square metres of living space Villa Emma is one of the larger 4 bedroom villas in the complex.
Ground floor
From the lounge and dining area you have direct access to the terrace and garden. Large glass doors let the light in and give the entire space a bright and happy feel. The sofas are comfortable and can be extended to allow additional sleeping space for two people. A smart TV and WiFi are there for your entertainment in the evenings. The dining area has a dining table for up to 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided.
The master bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom with roll top bath and direct access to the sunbathing terrace and garden. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
First floor
Cream and warm brown tones and ample of sunlight make the bedrooms a very relaxing space. Two of the double bedrooms share a shower room and have access to a large furnished balcony with amazing sea view. The third bedroom on this floor benefits from an ensuite shower room and has also access to a small private balcony.
OUTSIDE
A few steps lead from the covered terrace to the private pool. The garden offers many spaces for sunbathing and sun loungers are provided. Mediterranean shrubs and trees, and a natural stone wall around the garden blend in with the surrounding landscape. For easy access to the close by beaches you can conveniently rent a golf cart. A parking space on the premises is also provided.
