OVERVIEW
Surrounded by pine and olive trees this small holiday estate is in a perfect location for a relaxing and yet active holiday. Private luxury Villa Ida is one of ten modern villas offering a delightful garden with swimming pool, and a generous indoor living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The local beaches are close by and if you don't want to walk you can rent a golf cart to get you there with ease. The island of Hvar is a coveted holiday destination all year round with warm summers and mild winters. There is a lot to explore on the island and you might find that there is no need to venture beyond the island. Nevertheless, a visit to the historic town of Split on the mainland or a boat excursion visiting the Pakleni Islands should be on your agenda, too.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury Villa Ida with pool has a large open plan living area and three bedrooms on the ground floor, very well suited for people with restricted mobility. A further bedroom is on the first floor.
Ground floor
With 220 square metres Villa Ida is generously sized to accommodate 8+2 guests. The ground floor living area is equipped with smart TV and WiFi, and two comfortable sofas can be extended to sleep two additional people. Glass doors from the lounge and kitchen/dining area are opening to the covered dining terrace with barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils, and the dining table comfortably sits 10 people. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a guest toilet.
Two double bedrooms share a modern shower room and a third double bedroom has its own ensuite shower room. One bedroom has direct access to the sunbathing terrace.
First floor
The large master bedroom is located on the first floor and has its own private bathroom with roll top bath. The sea view from the private balcony is simply stunning and you will love to spend your evenings there watching the beautiful sunset.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
Whether you are sunbathing or taking a dip in the pool, the pleasant garden is just the place to be. Preferring a bit of shade? The covered terrace provides just that. And in the evenings you can picture yourself sitting around the dining table on the terrace enjoying a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue with local ingredients. Your children will love the communal playground and the bar is just the right place to wind down or meet new people. You can park your car directly by the villa, either open air or in the garage.
