OVERVIEW
This gorgeous, brand new, luxury family villa with pool comprises three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden and heated pool plus sauna and a hot tub, overlooking a panoramic stretch of the Adriatic sea. The location of this amazing holiday home is Makarska, one of the most famous holiday towns in Croatia, with a mile-long sandy beach which offers beach bars, children’s entertainment, water sports, boating and other outdoor activities. From Makarska you can explore other beaches, such as Brela, which are among the best and cleanest in Europe. Visit Split, a Classical town with a Roman palace, Roman forum, vestibule, ancient stone-paved streets and lots of fun places to shop, dance, eat, swim and entertain yourself. There is white water rafting on the river Cetina and enactment of old pirate boat fights in Omis, as well as a long zipline. Delicious food and drink are offered in numerous restaurants which are child-friendly. Should you wish to visit Dubrovnik for a day trip, this is possible. The lovely Krka National Park, centred around the lovely Krka River and waterfalls, is a great idea for a day trip. We also offer private boat trips to the Croatian islands.
ACCOMMODATION
Luxury villa Adriatic Queen of Makarska is a modern villa, completed in 2025, spreading over four floors and incorporating a lift. There is air conditioning throughout and underfloor heating – this luxury villa in Dalmatia is a wonderful place to stay in all seasons.
The villa is on an incline and the small local road connects to the back of the villa and the parking garage for up to 3 cars. There is additional parking outside on the driveway.
The villa's outdoor area is very inviting, with a shaded terrace for al-fresco dining, a BBQ, lovely pool and sunbathing area from which can enjoy absolutely beautiful ocean views.
Ground floor
The ground floor is the main entrance and comprises the sauna room, utility room and a private parking garage.
First floor
The first floor boasts a bright, open-plan living/dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, tableware, iron and ironing board. The kitchen adjoins the dining table, which seats 6 people. The cream-tiled sitting room has a large leather sofa and armchairs, satellite TV and DVD player, and opens out onto the terrace with a lovely swimming pool, hot tub and magnificent sea views.
Second floor
On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms and balconies with sea views. All the bed linen and towels are provided.
Third floor
On the third floor there is a stunning master suite with en-suite shower room and a large balcony.
OUTSIDE
The villa has a lovely garden, the focus of which is a heated swimming pool (8x4 metres). There is also a large stone barbecue, a wooden dining table and chairs sufficient for 6 people.
