OVERVIEW
This brand new, modern, imposing luxury villa with excellent, high quality interiors and furniture, is located on a hillside above the vibrant town of Makarska, famous for its 2km long pebbly beach, water sports and outdoor activities for children, teenagers and adults. Plenty of night time entertainment too. The villa is spacious (270 square metres), bright and very luxurious, a perfect holiday home.
The sea is visible from everywhere, including the stunning private pool and outdoor terraces. Around the villa, you can feel the fresh clean air and the scent of pine woodland and Mediterranean herbs. Further on are vineyards and olive groves, Makarska town and the sea. This extremely popular Croatian villa is very stylish and restful, offering plenty of diverse activities in the town and beach. It is 3km from the town centre (under 2 miles) and the nearest shop is 800 meters. It is easy to visit the famous towns of Split and Trogir and islands of Brac and Hvar and numerous beaches with crystal clear sea.

Basement/lower ground floor

Upper ground floor
The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area. This cool and stylish living room has wood flooring and direct access to a large pool terrace. The sitting room is furnished with sofas and a satellite TV, DVD player and also has a beautiful dining table. The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, new cooking utensils and tableware. The view from there and the outdoor terrace is unforgettable. The whole area is air-conditioned and heated.
First floor
The first floor comprises four luxurious double bedrooms, all en-suite and with satellite TVs. The owner has provided good quality beds, bed linen and plenty of towels. Two bathrooms have large showers and the other two have also bath tubs. The bedrooms have balconies which enjoy sea views and have outdoor furniture to relax on. Two accessory beds are also provided. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and heated.
Outside
The villa has a courtyard, garden, garage and outdoor parking spaces. On the level with the sitting room there is a fantastic pool terrace with a heated pool ( pool dimensions are 8 by 4 metres), sun loungers and parasols. Pool towels are provided. Jacuzzi on the lower terrace. There is also a barbecue and two sets of outdoor seating for dining and relaxation, just heavenly.
