OVERVIEW
The stunning, cool and luxurious villa Montemari has been recently built to a very high standard of comfort, and is located on a slight hill above the vibrant holiday resort of Makarska, a seaside town between Split and Dubrovnik. The villa has 200 square meters of living space and is arranged on 3 floors.
One duplex apartment encompasses the ground and first floor, and a separate two- bedroom apartment is on the second floor. Bedrooms are huge and have top quality beds and sitting areas to relax, own TVs and air-conditioning. Most bedrooms have access to private terraces with amazing sea views. The villa is rented as one holiday home.
You are within a kilometre from charming cafes, tavernas, bars, restaurants, shops and within 1.5km from a very long pebbly beach where you can laze all day or indulge in every type of water sports. Best bathrooms and kitchen equipment, good bed linen and plenty of towels are provided. In Makarska you will enjoy the vibrant town and a fantastic beach, or hop over to Brac and Hvar islands or to the ancient towns of Trogir and Split, to the Krka Waterfall National Park, and even make a day trip to Dubrovnik or Mostar. Makarska is a destination for adults, children, teenagers, sport and beach lovers, active types, families, celebrations and even clubbers- Makarska is full of life and luxury villa Montemari will refresh you. If you are fearless, visit the nearby mega zip line in Omis and go white water rafting on the Cetina river.

DUPLEX APARTMENT
Ground floor
The ground floor is a part of a duplex apartment, with a sitting room, dining area and a kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, icemaker, excellent set of cooking utensils and new tableware. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa, a satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, music system, board games and a large dining table for eight people. The room opens out onto the pool terrace which has lots of seating, a barbecue, outdoor dining furniture and sea views to die for.
First floor
The first floor of the duplex comprises three air-conditioned, large double bedrooms, all with safes and SMART satellite TV. Two of them are with sea view balconies. Each bedroom has en-suite shower room (Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3).
TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT
Second floor
The two bedroom apartment covers the second floor where there is a complete two bedroom suite, with a separate sitting room/kitchen/diner, a large L-shaped sofa positioned in front of a picture window with a view which will keep you entranced. There are two large air-conditioned double bedrooms (bedrooms 4 and 5), a shower room and a large balcony for bedrooms and the sitting room.
Outside
The cars are parked at the back of the villa. From there steps lead to the upper level of the plot, where there is pool terrace with a very large, L-shaped pool, totalling 40 square metres (1.5metre deep), plenty of sun loungers, pool towels, 2 parasols and outdoor seating areas with dining for 10 people and a built barbecue. The views of the sea, the mountains and the town are simply breath taking. It is a great area for entertaining or a quiet family dinner, lazy breakfast, all happens outside in the Mediterranean sun. We can recommend this villa as a teenager villa, a family villa and villa for groups and adults.
