OVERVIEW
Villa Sunseeker is a modern, fully air-conditioned, new luxury villa in Tucepi, one of the prettiest parts of Croatian coastline, with many sandy and pebbly beaches. The longest pebbly beach of Makarska Riviera (3km), olive trees, pine promenade, cycle paths and all kinds of sports are there for your enjoyment. Wellness centre and many restaurants and bars are in the village and it is easy to make day trips to Makarska, Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik and Krka Waterfall National Park.
Nearby Omis has a zip line and white water rafting, and the whole area is great for an active holiday, combined with pristine beaches and crystal clear sea. This spacious and bright, peaceful villa spreads over 200 square metres of elegant living space. It is 300 metres from a lovely beach and has beautiful sea views. Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within walking distance and a car is not essential. The villa has a 480 square metres of private garden.
Accommodation
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a spacious, cream and sand coloured sitting room with a large, U-shaped sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) and additional chairs, a large smart TV, DVD and CD player. This sunny area opens out onto the pool terrace and indoors becomes outdoors! Between the kitchen and the sitting room there is a heavy wood dining table seating 8 people comfortably. A modern white kitchen with an island and a breakfast bar is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and stylish dinner ware. One double bedroom and shower room is downstairs and has its own access to the outdoor terrace with table and chairs. All bed linen and towels are provided. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
First floor
The first floor comprises three light and elegant cream and white double bedrooms, with large windows and balconies, wonderful outdoor furniture and looking at the sea. One bedroom has a queen bed and two are with twin beds. Double beds in this villa can be separated into two singles. Stunning terraces or balconies are attached to 3 out of 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has en-suite with a bath tub, the others have large modern showers. Each bedroom has its own TV. On the first floor there is also a Laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board,
Outside
This villa has a fenced garden with a stone paved sunbathing terrace, and several other outdoor terraces or balconies of generous proportions. The private, heated pool has wide steps and the size is 8 by 3.5 metres. Eight sun beds with pool towels are provided and there is a BBQ and an outdoor dining table, as well as several sitting and relaxing areas around the villa. It is a great place to socialise, relax and enjoy the view. At the back of the house there is parking for 4 cars.
