Overview
Absolutely great location: Villa St Philippe is a lovely old terraced house for six people, located in the centre of a very charming village and 100 metres away from a beautiful beach which you can reach in two minutes. Harbour shops and cafes are just 50m away, car is not needed! Within walking distance is bank, cafe, bar, grocery shop, restaurants, pizzeria, fresh market. It is 3km away from the lively town of Biograd and 30km from Zadar. Public transport is good. The villa consists of three floors which are internally connected with stone stairs. Each floor comprises approx. 35-40 square metres. The total living space has 110 square metres, and is very tastefully furnished. There are three bedrooms (two double bedrooms, and a room with twin beds).
If you are staying for 14 days during high season or 7 days outside of season the owner offers a free boat trip along the beautiful coastline, visiting the nearby islands.
Accommodation
Ground floor
A kitchen which is equipped with a dish-washer, small cooker, coffee-machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils and tableware, with a nice sofa to relax. There is a ground floor bedroom with a double bed, shower room (this is a one bedroom apartment really).
First floor
Two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, equipped with large shower and a washing machine. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Second floor
Large sitting room/diner with a dishwasher, cooker, oven, coffee-machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils. A beautiful terrace with a garden and sea-view, LCDTV.
Outside
A reserved space in the car park located 150 metres from the house.
