Overview
Villa Serenity No 6 is one of ten modern Villas in a new villa complex. The Villa is located on the fringe of a lovely residential area direct by the sea. Enjoy your evenings by the pool with stunning sea view or socializing at the nearby beach bar. A ten minutes' drive takes you to Privlaka, the westernmost point of inland Dalmatia. Privlaka is steeped in history and the first written record of Privlaka dates back to 1296. The local cuisine offers beautifully prepared fresh fish and sea food dishes, excellent wines, Dalmatian prosciutto, olives and the famous Pag cheese is a true feast for any gourmet.
In the village there are football fields, basketball and volleyball courts and the clear sea invites you to swim or dive and explore the coast. The area boasts many cycle routes and the sea promenade is ideal for joggers. Fantastic holiday for groups of adults, children, teenagers and multiple families, as there are 10 villas all in all and the whole complex can be seen as one large family villa!
Accommodation
The villa has a combined living space of approx. 140 square metres.
Ground floor
Modern furniture combined with tasteful pictures and a tiled floor and white walls give the open plan living area a bright, clean ambience. Large balcony doors open to the pool terrace with beautiful sea view. Two sofas and armchairs invite you to relax in front of the flat screen TV in the living area, free WiFi connection. There is a white dining table with chairs for eight people and the kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer and safe. A modern shower room is adjacent to the dining area.
First floor
On this floor there are three bedrooms of which one is a double bedroom, one a twin bedroom and another has bunk beds. All bedrooms with wooden flooring. One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one shared bathroom. One bedroom with balcony and sea view. All bathrooms are tiled in cream and chocolate colour, with walk in showers and modern bath ceramics.
Second floor
A second flight of stairs leads to the top floor with double bedroom and bathroom. From the bedroom you have direct access to the large terrace with stunning sea views.
Outside
The paved pool terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, umbrella and a large BBQ. Enjoy the beautiful sea views from the pool (5.5 x 8 metres). There is an outside solar shower. The villa has two parking spaces.
