Overview
This great and spacious, air-conditioned family villa with full sea view in a pretty small village in the Zadar region has all that you may want for a comfortable Croatian holiday by the sea. The villa is surrounded by similar holiday homes in a small village and just 150 metres away is a sandy beach, beach bar and cafe, and you can find a grocery shop, restaurant, supermarket, bakery and fresh market within 1km. The spacious villa has 180 square metres of living space on a 545 square metre plot. The villa has an elevated basement, so the living room is on a higher ground floor. There is a WiFi, BBQ and a private heated swimming pool. In addition, there is a DVD player, sound system, and games console, pool table, table tennis, darts, baby cot and chair, a hairdryer and safe. There is a garage for 2 cars. The villa is accessed from a quiet country road, into a paved front yard, from where 10 steps lead to the higher ground floor of the villa.
ACCOMMODATION
The open plan living area has a large L-shaped cream sofa, dining table for eight people, new white kitchen with appliances, such as fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils and tableware. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board at your disposal.
There are three spacious bedrooms with quality wood flooring, as follows: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, ensuite toilet with sink, TV and safe; two double bedrooms with queen size beds, TV and safe. One double bedroom with ensuite shower room and access to the balcony. The modern family bathroom has a corner Jacuzzi bath. Bed linen and plenty of towels are provided as well as wardrobes for storage. One accessory bed can be added to a double bedroom, sleeping 8 people in total.
OUTSIDE
This lovely family holiday home near Zadar has a completely walled garden with a heated private pool, (6 by 4 metres) and a pool shower. Pool towels are provided. There are six sunbeds around a pool and a luxurious covered terrace with muslin curtains flowing about, a double seater sofa and two armchairs - a lovely spot to unwind. Three steps lead from the pool to the covered terrace. A stone built barbecue is complemented with outdoor table and chairs, so you will enjoy fresh, healthy Mediterranean food with your family and friends. Garage and outdoor parking spaces for 5 cars.
