The living area of this luxury holiday home in the Zadar region comprises a spacious 240 square metres with lovely garden which is fully surrounded by a fence. Luxury Zadar Villa Calma is arranged on two floors and has four beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms, TVs, air conditioning, WiFi, a very large pool and additional equipment such as paddle boards. infront of the villa is a buoy (single point mooring), and two further boat moorings are in the harbour, which will be free of charge for the guests of Villa Calma.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises an open plan living room, flowing seamlessly from the sitting area with smart TV into the dining area for eight people and the fully equipped kitchen. The pale cream floor tiles and cream coloured sofas and armchairs look elegant and inviting and you can glimpse the stunning outdoor area with the Jazuzzi, pool and the outdoor table from inside. The kitchen blends in with its cream and dark colours, and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and a kettle, and good quality tableware and cookware. In addition, there is a room which houses the laundry with a washing machine and an exercise bike.
First floor
A staircase leads to the first floor .with four double bedrooms all with TVs and en-suite bathrooms - two have showers and the other two have bath tubs. The beds are king size beds with good quality bed linen and towels. The calming whites, beiges and wood elements of the bedrooms are perfect for your rest, and you also have balconies that open out the vistas of the sea.
OUTSIDE
The focal point of the outdoor area is the magnificent heated swimming pool, measuring 13 metres by 3 metres and 1.5m deep, excellent for serious swimmers. There are eight sun loungers, and additional outdoor seating with sofas and armchairs, a barbecue and a dining table for outdoor meals and socialising. Pleasant terraces extend your living space outdoors, where you will spend most of your time with your family and friends in the balmy Mediterranean weather. There are lemon trees, olive trees, herbs and a green patch of lawn, so close to the beach - it will be difficult to tear yourself away to sample the many fantastic things that Zadar and the countryside offer!
There is a SPM buoy in-front of the house and two further boat moorings are in the harbour, which are free of charge for the guests of Villa Calma.
