OVERVIEW
This holiday villa is situated on a small island full of olive groves, within the Zadar archipelago. It is a place to go if you want to have a very restful holiday, full of sunshine and clean air, by a warm and clear sea, surrounded by unspoilt nature, but living in great comfort in a lovely new house with a gorgeous pool. The villa is spacious with large terraces surrounding the house.
The house is set in 12 acres (47500 square metres) of olive groves and the estate makes its prize winning olive oil there. Underfloor heating will make it comfortable for those guests who wish to visit in late autumn and watch or participate in the olive picking, whilst you are treated to one great Dalmatian dinner.
Accommodation
The villa is arranged on one floor, a raised ground floor, and is newly built in a traditional style with local stone and green shutters, with terraces surrounding the villa. The interior of the villa is a simple but luxurious seaside style with cool Italian tiles on the floors, white washed walls, pale wood floors in bedrooms, and paintings with maritime scenes mingling with real vistas of the nearby sea and other islands.
There is an open plan sitting/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa bed in the sitting area can sleep two children. The kitchen is sleek and modern and has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, bread maker, a full set of cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glassware. Pure drinking water is available on tap. The sitting areas are furnished with several comfortable sofas, which also provide two additional sleeping places.
There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor with en-suite bathrooms. All the bed linen and towels are provided. The bedrooms and sitting room open out onto the terraces with great sea views and views of the garden and pool.
Outside
The villa is very private and surrounded by acres of olive trees, with a 580 metres long beach right in front of the villa. There is a 10 x 5 metre salt water swimming pool, with sunbeds and pool towels provided. Also there is a garden barbecue with a large outdoor dining table on one of the villa's terraces.
