OVERVIEW
Villa Lena is a wonderful vacation home on the island of Pag, one of the diamonds of the Adriatic! This stunning island must be one of the most unspoilt in the world, with ancient, hand stacked stone walls still standing proudly in the fields, encircling patches of fertile land. The north side of the island with its rough and bare like moonscape is connected to the mainland with a bridge, but the southern side is a blue diamond, with smooth, sandy, clear blue bays, olives, vineyards and sheep, grazing freely. Beautiful nature, sea and beautiful villa are the elements that will define your luxury holiday home Lena. This large Pag island family villa with pool is also a secluded dwelling where you get your privacy and a perfect rest. Activities are also healthy - swimming, snorkelling for kids, sandcastles, cycling, water sports, hiking and even clubbing if you are there during Zrce festival. The villa is very modern, with touches of local country tradition, such as green shutters and red roof tiles. Upstairs bedrooms' balconies have fabulous sea views. There is WiFi, six TV sets, Ipod dock and Stereo music system and air conditioning/heating in every room. Underfloor heating is in all bathrooms. Two safes and a hairdryer are provided. The Croatian villa rental is very spacious, with 400 square metres of living space and 1000 square metres of garden with three parking psaces. This villa is not rented for the Fresh Island and Hide Out festivals.

Villa Lena is suitable for an occupation with 10 adults and max. 3 children.
Basement
In the basement there is a small cellar with wine marked with prices. Here is also a room dedicated to the pool table (small billiards). This is the place for Croatian style socialising.
Ground floor
Ground floor comprises the sitting room opening onto a large shaded terrace, a kitchen and dining area and a separate one bedroom apartment. Pale grey tiles and white walls of the living rooms make this modern family villa super cool and fresh. This large, airy space has a big U shaped sofa in front of the modern fireplace and wall-mounted TV and additional chairs, all benefiting from the large picture windows and sliding walls, letting in the sunshine. This opens out onto the outdoor terrace with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is very elegant and modern, and contains also a breakfast bar with four bar chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and stylish tableware. The modern, rustic looking dining table and ten chairs are an elegant piece of furniture for this open plan, stylish living space.
In the laundry the villa supplies a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor is a self-contained one bedroom apartment with a sitting area and sofa, full kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room, also air-conditioned. It would be perfect for teenagers, a nanny or anyone who wishes to have more privacy at times.
First floor
From the open plan living room a stone staircase leads up to the four upstairs bedrooms which all have their en-suite shower rooms and fantastic balconies with panoramic sea views. The bedrooms are extremely spacious, each measuring 28 square metres. There are super-king size double beds in each bedroom, a separate double sofa/bed in three of the bedrooms, other chairs, wardrobes, desks and TV. All is very tasteful and comfortable. The beds are supplied with excellent quality bed linen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Balconies have wonderful outdoor furniture for you to relax in.
OUTSIDE
The walled garden of this luxury holiday home has a large fresh water private pool, 6 by 9 metres and 1.6 metre deep. There are six sun beds, a pool shower, a parasol, a shady terrace with additional chairs. In the grounds, there is space for parking three cars.
