The centre of Cavtat town is 100 metres away. Cavtat is a sunny, delightful place by the harbour, lined with numerous restaurants, shops and galleries, and also billionaires' yachts! A quick boat or taxi ride will be an easy way to visit fantastic Dubrovnik 17 km away), the pearl of the Adriatic. In Dubrovnik and Cavtat you will be entertained by classic and pop music concerts, street shows, drama performances; every day something exciting will happen. In nearby Omis you can enjoy the famous, traditional pirate race in July and go white water rafting on the river Cetina. All types of water sports are possible in Cavtat and we can organise for you private chefs and boat rentals.

There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and a separate guest toilet, a large sitting room, a modern kitchen, a dining area, a wine cellar, a spa and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and garden dining area. The villa is fully air conditioned and heated, with WiFi and provides a baby cot, baby feeding chair, a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. There are also LCD TVs in every room, two electric bicycles and a Vespa motorbike. Parking is close by and transfer to the villa is included.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The whole of the ground floor is an elegant and calming, but sumptuous place. In the sitting room, black marble floors, beautiful art works, stylish modern lighting and two large, plush green sofas set a more dramatic tone of this high quality accommodation. This room has huge sliding doors opening out onto the swimming pool terrace, the pool, the green lawn and the outdoor sitting space.

The dining area has a large table seating up to ten people and also looks outwards to the sunny garden and pool. Next door is a fully equipped kitchen, waiting for someone to provide a gourmet meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table with chairs, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, stove, oven, hood, kettle, juicer, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and an excellent set of cookware and tableware.

First floor

From the hallway stairs take you up to the four luxurious bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms on the first floor. The bedrooms have super king-size double beds and large, beautifully appointed showers, excellent bed linen, plenty of towels, a TV, wardrobe and a safe. One bedroom has a private balcony. The bedrooms in the luxury villa Cavtat Beach 1 are very calming, with soft, white, blue grey or beige linens, honey coloured oak floors and large wardrobes. Airy and light, these bedrooms are an oasis of cool in the summer heat.

Basement

The basement of the luxury family villa Cavtat Beach 1 is a place for fun and relaxation. Have your own private gathering in the wine cellar, where you can purchase the excellent local Croatian wines, watch your favourite programmes on TV, and light a fire in cooler days and have dinner. The basement also has a spa with a Finnish sauna, steam room and shower. Gym equipment is also provided. The basement is reached from the ground floor via an indoor wooden staircase.

OUTSIDE

The pine scented garden of the exclusive private villa Cavtat Beach has a heated pool (24m2) surrounded by a stone paved terrace with eight sun loungers and a few parasols, a pool shower and a hammock. The special, covered outdoor summer kitchen has a barbecue and an outdoor table seating ten people. Lovely lawns, palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs complete the picture of the luxury holiday home with heated pool and the sea lapping the beach at the bottom of the garden.
