Both villas can be rented together and offer the perfect solution for families and friends holidaying together. The villa was completed in 2021 and is the modern version of a stone built Dubrovnik vacation residence: white stone façade, red Mediterranean roof, shaded covered area for outdoor living and relaxation. This private family villa with pool is extremely stylish and comfortable, a perfect place for family and friends to unwind, to enjoy the sea which is 10 metres away from the garden and to get to know this ancient, most beautiful Croatian region of Dubrovnik which had been a part of the Venetian Republic for centuries in the past. This private luxury family holiday home has a heated pool, a wine cellar and spa in the basement, gym equipment and an outdoor summer kitchen with a barbecue. The pebbly beach is lined with shady pine trees and the sea is blue, warm and inviting for your early morning swim. The centre of Cavtat town with its many restaurants, cafes, museums, galleries and entertainment is only 100 metres away and there are many beaches to choose form. Dubrovnik, one of the most famous towns in the world is only 19km away and is a must to visit. In Dubrovnik and Cavtat every day is a new experience. There are many classical and pop music concerts, street drama and dance, gorgeous cafes with jazz music, markets, and fantastic renaissance buildings to admire. There are many outdoor activities such as scuba diving, kayaking, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kiting, canyoning, hiking, and white water rafting. Each village has its own summer fete where you can join the local crowds and watch pirate boats fighting it out or enjoy the freshest grilled fish. In addition, we can organise transport, private chef, boat rentals and itineraries.

Luxury Villa Cavtat Beach 2 spreads over 306 square metres of bright, sunny living space in a private garden. There is a large living room with stunning sitting area, an adjoining dining area and kitchen, three luxurious bedrooms and four bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. Extra delights added are the private wine cellar, portable gym equipment and a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and garden dining area. Each room is individually air conditioned and has WiFi. A baby cot, baby feeding chair, a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, LCD TVs in every room, two electric bicycles and a Vespa motorbike are also provided. Parking is close by and transfer to the villa is included.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises a spacious, light sitting room with sand coloured tiles, a dining area, a stylish modern kitchen and a guest toilet. Large sliding windows let the outside in, you can see the garden and pool and enjoy the sunshine. Stylish and comfortable deep velvet blue sofas, elegant lighting, furniture and paintings provide a great spot for family and friends to unwind. 

The dining area has a large table seating up to eight people and also looks outwards to the sunny garden and pool. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, cooker, hob, extraction hood, kettle, juicer, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a beautiful set of cooking utensils and tableware.

First floor

The first floor comprises three amazing double bedrooms of which one has a bath tub and a private balcony, and the other two have walk in showers. The bedrooms have super king-size double beds, wardrobes, desks/dressing tables, LCD TVs, fresh bed linen, plenty of towels and safes.

Basement

Taking steps leading down from the ground floor, you enter the entertainment and spa area. The private, cavernous wine cellar is a tribute to the Croatian "Konoba". This was a place where people stored their wine, oil and dry meats for the winter. Nowadays, the simple peasant Konoba has become an icon of style - somewhere that you invite your best friends for a private party, eat home- made cheese and drink wine, play music, light a fire and enjoy your favourite TV show. The basement also has a Finnish sauna, steam room, shower and portable gym equipment. So eat, drink, steam off the toxins and exercise! That is the plan!

OUTSIDE

The centre of the garden is its large stone paved sunbathing terrace with a 24 square metre heated pool, pool shower, loungers and parasols. There are many areas for comfortable sitting, lounging, sunbathing or hiding in the shade. You can choose from hammocks, reclining pool chairs or armchairs round a coffee table on the covered terrace. Another Croatian feature is the outdoor summer kitchen fitted with a sink, fridge, a barbecue and an outdoor dining table for eight people. All is top quality.
