OVERVIEW
In the dreamy, undiscovered, north-western region of Croatia known as Medjimurje, there is a fabulous town called Varazdin, often talked about as the best place to live in Croatia. From cultural life, wonderful food and wines, to natural beauty of the area - Medjimurje has it all. Spring, summer, winter or fall - every season has its particular attraction. Not far from Varazdin, in a gorgeous country setting, you will find Villa Little Paradise. It is a typical, rural wooden cottage with private pool in a lovely, rose filled garden, and the pitched red tiled roof and wooden structure are very much in keeping with the local country style. This large, rural family villa was renovated in 2018 and now has a new pool, overlooking the undulating green fields where you will feel you can totally relax and give your eyes a rest. The large, luxury country holiday home near Varazdin and Zagreb, is very spacious, consisting of 450 square metres, on a large 2400 square metre plot. As this is an area of Croatia where days are hot but nights are usually cooler, bedrooms do not have air conditioning. The villa is air-conditioned in the living rooms and the games room and has a WiFi. The romantic, private Villa Little Paradise has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Family Villa Little Paradise is what it says - a little paradise with a large villa. There is private parking in the villa grounds. Public tennis courts are 2km away. This child friendly villa has a children's playground and an indoor playroom with toys and games. Pets are also welcome free of charge! This gorgeous villa is within walking distance of a restaurant, cafe and a shop.

First floor
First floor comprises a magnificent, air-conditioned sitting room, with a polished oak floor and oak beams, a wonderful large fireplace, TV, DVD player and sound system, comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table, an additional table with chairs and a stylish country kitchen which is fully equipped. Plus a games room and two bedrooms, one double and one single. The kitchen has terracotta tiles and is hand crafted by a local carpenter and fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cookware and tableware. Washing machine and iron are supplied. The dining table can sit 14 people. There is also a family shower room on this floor.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are connected, so very suitable for a family group. All bedrooms have excellent bed linen and are provided with bath towels.
Games room
The games room has a pool table (billiard), darts, table tennis, table football, and badminton.
Second floor
The second floor comprises the main bedroom with a king size double bed and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with double super-king size bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with three single beds. Some of the beds are locally handmade and beautifully decorated according to the local tradition. On this floor there is also a separate shower/WC room with plenty of towels for everyone.

OUTSIDE
The garden is amazing, fully enclosed and gated, and this is a pet and child friendly villa. It has a large, heated pool 5 by 10 metres, 1.5 metre deep and a large sunbathing terrace with 12 sun loungers and pool towels. This child friendly villa provides a children's playground with swings and a trampoline.
