OVERVIEW
Villa Noushka sits in a beautiful, large garden of about 2.2 acres (9000 square metres) which is shared with the neighbouring Villa Natasha. The surroundings are dominated by olive groves, vineyards and forests, and you can easily walk to the next beach in approx 400 metres distance. The nearby towns of Novigrad and Umag are worth a visit and the picturesque town of Rovinj with its famous St Euphemia Cathedral is not to be missed.
You can happily spend an afternoon in Rovinj visiting galleries and having a coffee or a meal in one of the numerous cafes and restaurants. Early birds will enjoy spending a morning by the fishing port, watching the fishermen coming back with their catch. The beautiful hilltop town Groznjan is only a 30 minutes' drive away and offers a stunning view over the Mirna valley towards the sea. For the adventurous spirit there are many activities on offer in the surrounding area, such as sailing, cave kayaking, river and sea kayaking, mountain biking to name but a few.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
The ground floor has a large open plan living area with direct access to the sunbathing and pool terrace. A comfortable sitting area with two sofas and an armchair features a fireplace and pool/garden view. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, stereo system and free WiFi connection. Adjacent to the living area is a large dining table and a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and a separate pantry.
On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine and a Spa/Wellness area with sauna, massage beds and a shower room.
First floor
Located on the first floor there are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, TV, a private loggia and shares a bathroom with bedroom 2, which is equipped with a trundle bed. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a double bed and has enough space for a baby cot/children's bed. This bedroom also has a private loggia and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is equipped with a double bed, ensuite bathroom and private loggia. All bedrooms have wooden flooring, and quality bedlinen and bath towels are provided.
Two further persons can sleep on accessory beds.
OUTSIDE
Villa Noushka has its own private, heated swimming pool with outdoor shower, surrounded by wooden decking and sun loungers and outdoor furniture are provided. The vast garden is shared with the neighbouring Villa Natasha and your children will love to be outside cooling off in the pool or playing in the garden. The outdoor dining and BBQ area is a lovely space for the family to come together for a meal in the evenings.
