OVERVIEW
Luxury Villa Katy with pool is located in a desirable position, first row to the sea, and just 120 metres from Zvizdan Beach. With 5 ensuite bedrooms and an air-conditioned gym, Finnish sauna, billiard table, and a 50 m² heated infinity pool Luxury Villa Katy offers everything you are looking for. Rented together with the neighbouring villas a large group of up to 36 people can holiday together.
The town of Omis with its colourful and busy market and its excellent beaches is just 2 km from the villa. Outdoor activities are abound and we highly recommend a trip to the Cetina river canyon where you can go for white water rafting or soar over the river Cetina on the 2100 metre long zip line. Along the coast there are countless water sports on offer, be it sailing, surfing, diving, swimming, or boating - we are sure you will find something that excites you. Historic Split is a short drive away and from there regular ferries are connecting the mainland with the beautiful islands of Brac, Solta, Hvar, Vis and Korcula.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
Upon entering the villa you are greeted by a light-flooded and spacious air conditioned open plan living area. Cool white and grey colours are set off by the warm brown earthy tone of the sofas in the sitting area. For your entertainment the villa offers a flat screen TV, Bluetooth speaker system, PS5, DVD player, and WiFi connection throughout. Sliding glass doors open the vista to the sea. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, a Julius Meinl capsule coffee machine, and kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils. The dining table sits 10 guests comfortably and again, glass doors open the view over the sea.
There is a large bedroom with double bed (200x200cm), TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.
The laundry room houses the washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. A separate guest toilet is also on this floor.
The air conditioned fitness room is equipped with a multipurpose exercise machine and an exercise bike, a billiard table, TV, Finnish sauna, and a shower.
First floor
Further four double bedrooms with super king-size beds (200x200cm) are located on the first floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned and offer far reaching views over the sea toward the islands. Each bedroom has a TV and an ensuite shower room. One of the bedrooms has its own private balcony.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The sea view terrace is beautifully tiled and framed with natural stone walls on two sides. The view from the 50 m² heated infinity pool with hydro-massage is to die for, and the sunbathing terrace surrounding the pool is equipped with parasols and 10 sun loungers and has an outdoor shower. After an active day out you will love to come back for relaxation and a shared meal on the covered dining terrace, which has a traditional barbecue.
