With 3 double bedrooms and an additional sofa bed luxury family Villa Antares can sleep up to eight people. From the sunbathing terrace you have a fabulous view of the sea and the heated infinity pool invites to take a dip.
This luxury villa with pool is located close to the sea and the local beaches are all in good reach. Families with smaller children will love the beach around Cape Varos as it has a shallow entry to the sea. Outdoor activities are on offer abound in and around Rogoznica, and should you think about a day tour we highly recommend to visit Plitvice Lakes National Park or a boat excursion to the Kornati islands or an excursion to the Krka National Park. For the young and young at heart 'Aurora Club' in Primosten, one of Croatia's largest and famous clubs, is open from June to September. Enjoy a meal, have a cocktail and dance the night away!
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
As they say, 'The view is everything …' The open plan living area of Villa Antares opens the view beyond the heated infinity pool onto the azure blue Adriatic Sea. The harmonious colour scheme is accentuated with modern paintings and designer lighting. From the kitchen dining area the open concept living area leads to the lounge with a large corner sofa which can sleep additional two people, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The dining table sits six people comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Espresso coffee machine, ice maker, kettle, toaster, tableware, and kitchen utensils. There is a guest toilet and a washing machine/dryer and ironing equipment is at your disposal.
First floor
Stairs lead to the first floor with three double bedrooms. The bedrooms have wooden flooring and there is a TV in each bedroom. Sliding doors open to a private furnished sea view balcony. Imagine yourself watching the enchanting Mediterranean sunsets whilst enjoying a glass of excellent local wine. Two of the ensuite bathrooms have a walk-in shower and the third has a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
OUTSIDE
Surrounding the heated infinity pool is a paved terrace with ample of space for an outdoor lounge, sun loungers and a covered dining and barbecue terrace. Imagine yourself sitting in the swing seat watching the sun go down over the sea. As the villa is just a short walk from the sea, you might even find yourself going for a dip in the crystal clear water of the Adriatic Sea - enjoy!
