OVERVIEW
Luxury beach Villa Carvella with private heated infinity pool, 5 en-suite bedrooms, gym, sauna, wonderful garden and the sea so close that you could almost reach it, is a perfect place for a family, or 5 couples or 10 friends looking for a seaside holiday to unwind and lead an active, healthy life. Fresh fish grilled on your barbecue, paired with stunning local wines and plenty of fruit and vegetables is a meal made for gods. Enjoy an unforgettable sunset from the pool terrace and take in the scent of the sea and fresh herbs drying in the sun. Sunbathe on the rocky slabs outside the house and walk down the beach steps to swim in the pristine sea.
Just 300 metres away is a pebbly beach where you can snorkel and look for shells. Take a boat trip to the mesmerising Kornati Islands and make a day trip to the Krka River waterfalls. Visit the historic and vibrant towns of Sibenik, Split and Trogir where you will find a Roman Emperor's Palace, a beautiful cathedral and a medieval church with carved portals, but can also enjoy the shopping, galleries, markets, summer fetes, outdoor concerts, Michelin star restaurants, harbour side cafes and many beaches. You have many outdoor activities at your doorstep such as water sports (boats, jet skis, paddle boards, wakeboards, banana boats, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and kayaking), bicycling on quiet country roads and hiking. White water rafting and zip line thrills are just over an hour away. What more can one want?
ACCOMMODATION
The villa was built in 2020, and comprises 400 square metres of living area and 800 square metres of garden. It is one of the triplet villas in an elite part of Rogoznica village so that the whole complex accommodates 30 people. There is WiFi, air conditioning and heating throughout and the best materials were used for building and furnishing, so that you can live in comfort and style in the luxury beach villa Carvella .
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large, open plan space full of sunlight, the whole southern wall cased in glass and offering sea views, which looks magical. There are Italian floor tiles, a stunning glass and wood staircase, modern open fireplace and a stunning, taupe coloured kitchen which has an island/breakfast bar. The dining area has double height ceiling and the dining table is a beautiful slab of honey coloured, thick wood, with ten stylish and comfortable chairs. In the sitting room there is a big designer sofa and additional seating around the TV, so all in the party can be together. The kitchen is equipped with a large freezer, fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, stylish tableware and cooking utensils. Additionally on the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a sauna, gym and a laundry which has an ironing board, iron, washing machine and a tumble dryer. The gym is equipped with a Technigym-Unica multi-gym station, a Technogym fitness bike and a gymnastic room with 2 mats and 2 large gymnastic balls.
On the ground floor is one double bedroom with en-suite shower, wardrobe, TV, and a direct access to the pool terrace which is convenient for guests with poor mobility.
First floor
The spectacular modern staircase leads to the first floor which has four double bedrooms, all with en-suites and balcony doors. One bedroom has a beautiful bath tub, whilst the other three have showers. Three bedrooms have super king size double beds and the fourth one has large twin beds and a shower. All bed linen and towels are provided and are of top quality.
OUTSIDE
The garden of the luxury Villa Carvella is fully fenced and planted with typical Mediterranean plants such as rosemary and lavender, olive trees, palm trees, purple bougainvillea and pines. The scent of dry herbs mixes with the fresh smell of the sea which is so special in a seaside villa.
The amazing heated pool measures 11.0 by 5.0 metres, with the depth of 1.5 metres and has a fountain at one end. There are ten excellent sun beds with pool towels. At one end of the garden is a large covered terrace with an outdoor table for 10 people and a large, wood fired barbecue with a rotating skewer and a sink, plus a small barbecue. This will most likely be the place where you will spend most of your time at the villa, socialising around meals and enjoying that unforgettable sea view!
The gate near the terrace opens to a small footpath leading directly to the beach. You enter the sea from the small sunbathing area below the villa via a ladder ... a lovely and quiet spot with crystal clear water. About 300 metres from the villa is another nice beach with gravel and shallow entry into the sea. And a further beach (fine gravel) with children's bouncy castle and scooter rental etc is just one kilometre from the villa.
