OVERVIEW
Luxury beach villa Esme with private heated pool is a truly stunning Croatia holiday home. Built in 2020, it is modern with plenty of large glass windows and sliding doors which enable you to look at the sea just a couple of metres away. Inside, all is cool and stylish, with WiFi, air conditioned cooling and heating in every room and outside a charming Mediterranean garden with a heated infinity pool links you with the immense blue sea.
The villa comprises 395 square metres of living area on an 840 metre plot and provides four private parking spaces. Esme is a luxury private family villa with heated pool with all the mod cons included. There is a gym, sauna, a TV set in every room, wonderful bed linen and towels provided. It is also pet friendly. Just 300 metres away is a pebbly beach but you can also sunbathe on the large flat rocks and swim right outside of the house.
For outdoor activities hire a boat and explore the magnificent Kornati Islands National Park, or go to historic Sibenik with its wonderful cathedral, town square and its Michelin star restaurant. Split, Trogir and Primosten are close eough to visit and all are most wonderful places. You can rent bicycles, boats, jet skis, flyboards, wakeboards, banana boats or go scuba diving, deep sea fishing and kayaking. Young adults might be interested in the nightclub which is 2km away.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor
A vast open plan living room has stunning, double height ceiling, a feature open fireplace, white Italian tiles and a modern staircase, stylish lighting, beautiful furniture. This consists of a very large sofa in the TV sitting room and a heavy but sleek wooden dining table which can sit 10 persons. The ultra-modern kitchen with and island/breakfast bar is equipped with a double fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, a nespresso coffee machine, lovely tableware and cookware.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with TV, modern commode, armchair and en-suite shower room. There is a laundry room which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Hairdryers and safes are also provided.
Furthermore, there is a sauna and gym. The gym is equipped with a Technigym-Unica multi-gym station, a Technogym fitness bike and a gymnastic room with 2 mats and 2 large gymnastic balls.
First floor
The first floor is dedicated to four large double bedrooms of which one has a bath tub, whilst all the others have showers. Three have super king size double beds and one is a twin bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE
The garden of the villa is fully fenced and overlooks the seashore directly in front. The villa is as stunning on the outside as it is indoors. A large front terrace holds a beautiful heated infinity pool with massage jets and dimensions of 11 metres by 4.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep. Around the pool there are 10 sun beds and some parasols. At one end of the terrace there is a large barbecue with a rotating skewer and a sink, plus a small barbecue, and an outdoor dining table and chairs, covered by pergola-style shade. The garden of this beautiful, private luxury beach villa is a pretty, coastal garden with grasses, olive trees, scented herbs, figs, bougainvillea, palms and pines. It will give you and your party a great time at the villa, socialising around meals and enjoying that unforgettable sea view!
The gate near the terrace opens to a small footpath leading directly to the beach. You enter the sea from the small sunbathing area below the villa via a ladder ... a lovely and quiet spot with crystal clear water. About 300 metres from the villa is another nice beach with gravel and shallow entry into the sea. And a further beach (fine gravel) with children's bouncy castle and scooter rental etc is just one kilometre from the villa.
