Wonderful new, luxury villa Sheeba is located in a peaceful village close to Sibenik, a breath-taking Croatian coastal town with amazing Venetian architecture. The spacious living accommodation comprises 268 square metres. The villa is surrounded by a large, low-walled garden with pool and enchanting countryside views. The sea view from the first floor balcony completes the full Croatia villa experience. The interior of this luxury Sibenik villa rental is rich and quite opulent, with touches of art deco details. Top standard of modern comfort is achieved with air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, wireless internet throughout, excellent beds and bed linen. There are four bikes provided by Villa Sheeba and parking for three cars.
Nearby Sibenik (5km distance) is a delightful historic town set around a protected bay, with fascinating history and a lively centre offering a wide range of bars and restaurants including a Michelin star restaurant. The nearest shops, restaurants and cafes are about 1.7 kilometres from the villa and the nearest beach is 2.4km from the villa. Whilst these facilities are within walking disctance it should be noted that the road from the villa does not have street lighting or a footpath. Sibenik's Banj beach with beach sports, kayak hire and children's play facilities is a 5km drive.
Luxury villa Sheeba is a perfect place to unwind and socialise around the barbecue enjoying the rolling countryside views with clean air. Nightlife fun is only 14 km away in the pretty seaside town of Vodice and also in Sibenik approx 5km away. This perfect location will enable you to visit the famous Krka River National Park (9km) and the beautiful towns of Primosten, Trogir and Split. In Sibenik you will be stunned by the beauty of the city's cathedral, the quaint alleyways with cozy bars and restaurants and the lovely town square.
Accommodation
The ground floor
The ground floor comprises a split level living room with an open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with marble floor tiles. The modern kitchen is supplied with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, excellent cooking utensils and charming table ware. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The stylish dining table seats six people comfortably, looking down on the lower level sitting area which opens directly onto the covered outdoor terrace with fabulous pool and country views. In the sitting area, which has wood flooring, satellite TV and chandeliers, there are two designer leather sofas and occasional chairs.
First floor
A marble, wrought iron staircase leads to the three upstairs bedrooms which all have their ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are individually designed. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 by 200cm) and a separate single bed, so three people can sleep there. You can step out of the bedroom onto a large terrace with deck chairs and a gorgeous view over open coutryside and the sea in the distance.
Bed linen and towels are supplied and the shower room has elegant tiles and fittings.
The second bedroom has a large double bed (180 by 200cm) which can also be treated as two separate single beds. Within the bedroom is a large oval, self-standing bath tub, and the basin and toilet are screened off by a wall. This room too has access to the terrace with deckchairs.
The third bedroom has a double bed (180 by 200cm) and a stunning bathroom with a tubular shower.
Outside
The villa stands on raised ground to capture a sea view from the upper floor. Immediately in front of the villa, four steps down, is a large dining terrace with a barbecue and green lawn. Further nine steps take you down to the heated pool and pool terrace - delightful. Pool heating between 15 April and 15 October. Comfortable steps lead into the swimming pool which is surrounded by a sunbathing deck with parasols, four sun beds and other seating. All this is very private and surrounded by hand-shaped stone walls. The garden is full of scented herbs, palms and old olive trees in this delightful Mediterranean holiday home.
