OVERVIEW

Luxury Villa Afrodita is a new, modern, private family villa with pool, with a view of the sea ahead. The villa is semi-detached to its identical sister Villa Agnes and the two villas can be rented together for a larger group. Being near to the beach, this is a great place for a family or any sea lover to spend a glorious summer holiday in Croatia. Family Villa Afrodita with pool is a very spacious holiday home of 220 square metres indoors, on a 400 square metre plot, which gives you space, style, comfort with all mod cons, panoramic sea views and masses of outdoor activities. The private villa comprises three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, gym, sauna, rooftop summer kitchen and whirlpool, and a 32 square metre swimming pool. You will be spoilt for choice with things to do. Enjoy dinner at the local restaurant or venture to sophisticated Trogir with many fabulous cafes and restaurants to choose from. Visit the zip-line in Omis where you can also do white-water rafting on the river Cetina. Take a private boat trip to the magical islands of Brac and Hvar. Walk around Split like the Roman Emperor Diocletian, who built his palace there and you can still see it in al its glory. Last but not least, you are in the gourmet area for seafood lovers and Mediterranean healthy eating. You will return home rested and invigorated, ready to book again for the year ahead!

ACCOMMODATION

Basement

In the basement we have a sauna and gym with toilet and a laundry room which has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

Ground floor

The ground floor comprises a large and sunny open space with a kitchen, kitchen island, dining area, a sitting room with plentiful sofas and flat screen TV with sound bar. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee grinder, kitchen utensils and stylish tableware. There is a kitchen island with three bar stools and a hob. The dining table sits 8 people comfortably and the whole area is a great place to socialise. Your feeling of wellbeing is enhanced with the summer sun flooding the space and stylish lighting, furniture and paintings surrounding you. And of course, the inviting pool simmering just outside,

First floor

The first floor comprises three double bedrooms and bathrooms with shower enclosures with plenty of towels. The three double bedrooms all contain king-size double beds (180 by 200 cm) and one of the bedrooms has added two bunk-beds. These three double bedrooms sleep 8 people in total.  

Roof terrace

A stunning rooftop terrace, reached by a white stone staircase, where you can barbecue and enjoy the sunset cocktails, dipping into the whirlpool. The rooftop outdoor kitchen is equipped with a fridge, sink and gas barbecue and a dining table for 8 people. Enjoy with your family and friends the unforgettable view of the Adriatic panorama.

OUTSIDE

In front of the living area of the villa there is a 25 square metres outside terrace and a large pool of 32 square metres, sun beds, parasols and an outdoor lounge sofa and coffee table. Pool or beach towels are provided
