Overview
Just 20 km from the great town of Zadar in the village Privlaka, a small complex of ten modern villas has been built right by a sandy beach. In a peaceful and sunny environment, it is fitting to call them Serenity Villas, all of which face the sea and have a coastal path winding right outside them. The beach is just 10 metres away. The Villa No 1 is one of ten very similar modern beachfront villas, and it is the end villa. There are fantastic sandy and pebbly beaches in the area, some of them several kilometres long. Walk, run, cycle, make sandcastles, snorkel, windsurf, go scuba diving or bungee jumping from the Maslenica bridge. This child friendly spot, which also has all the elements of a great stay for adults, will satisfy customers' every need. Visit the especially charming royal town of Nin, just 10 minutes' drive from the villa for more beaches and good food. We recommend a day trip to the unforgettable Krka waterfalls, or Plitvice lakes, taking in the bear sanctuary and a day boat trip to the Kornati islands which have the bluest sea in the world (official!). There are numerous restaurants, cafe bars, supermarkets and shops in Privlaka if you do not wish to venture much further away. Trips to Sibenik, Primosten, Trogir and Split are easily manageable.
Accommodation
Serenity Villa No 1 encompasses three floors with a total living space of 140 square metres.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large living/dining area with direct access to the pool terrace. The complete ground floor has a feeling of light and space, tastefully furnished. There is separate WC. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses and the dining table has seating for eight people. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
First floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with one ensuite double bedroom and two further double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The smallest bedroom has bunk beds. The larger of the two bedrooms has a small balcony, where you can sit in privacy enjoying stunning views with a glass of wine and a book. All bedrooms have nice bedlinen and towels are provided.
Second floor
On the second floor there is another double bedroom with access to a large terrace, the ideal place to spend your evenings watching the beautiful sunset over the Adriatic Sea. There is also a shower room on this floor. Fresh new bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside
The garden terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol. There is a private, heated swimming pool (approx. 16 square metres) which you will appreciate for your morning dips or after returning from a busy day of sightseeing. There are two parking spaces specified for this villa.
