Overview
Serenity Villa No 2 is one of ten modern beachfront villas, ideal for larger groups travelling together wanting some privacy at the same time. It is in a block of five joined villas, and No 2 is the middle villa and comprises 140 square metres. In the attractive village of Privlaka, the villa is well positioned to enjoy all the advantages of being almost directly on the beach, but is within a walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The area is famous for sandy and pebbly beaches, miles of walking and cycling paths, ancient monuments, good wines and excellent cuisine. It is all very family friendly, where you can swim and snorkel in the warm, clean sea, and pursue every kind of water sports. Highly recommended is a trip to a small but perfect old walled town of Nin, the royal residence of Croatian kings 1000 years ago. Zadar is 20 km away, and is a must to visit. Great shopping, markets, the famous sea organ, important medieval churches dating from the 5th century, sophisticated town squares where you can sip a long iced coffee and watch the world go by. Also highly recommended is a visit to the amazing Krka river waterfalls, or a boat trip to the Kornati islands, even to the Plitvice lakes. If you just want to relax and recharge your batteries on the beach, then Privlaka has sufficient restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops for your needs.
Accommodation
Villa No 2 is arranged on three floors with a small garden facing the sea, a private pool and reserved parking for two cars.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises a large living/dining open plan space with a well-designed area for the whole group to sit, entertain and eat together. There is separate toilet. An immediate access to the garden and pool, and sea views everywhere, makes you feel you are on the beach. The furniture is modern and stylish. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses and the dining table has seating for eight people. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
First floor
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with one ensuite double bedroom and two further double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has twin beds. All bedrooms have good bedlinen and towels.
Second floor
On the second floor there is another double bedroom with access to a large top floor terrace, the ideal place to spend your evenings watching the beautiful sunset over the Adriatic Sea. There is also a shower room on this floor. Fresh new bed linen and towels are provided.
Outside
The garden terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol. There is a private, heated swimming pool (about 16 square metres) and enough outdoor space to all gather together enjoying barbecues and meals in the sunshine. There are two parking spaces just outside of the villa.
